Room was very dirty, sink and bath tub were bloked, everything is sticky to touch, carpet is very dirty.

Everything was good from the staff, kitchenette, bed, bathroom, location, and price The only thing I would complain about was the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was a non smoking room The woman at front desk let me use some air freshener spray That helped The place is now smoke free but those old smoking rooms need to get rid of the smoke odor We would stay there again

I arrived early expecting to get a room on the bottom close to my car. It was not possible because they were booked. Good thing I got a room upstairs close to the stairs. I have stayed here before so I buy Clorax cleaners to wipe everything down. The sheets looked nice and white until I noticed blood stains. I am not a picky person but when I asked for a coffee maker I received a dirty one which had small roaches as well as the room. I think I am going to stop being cheap and book a cleaner hotel room. Last time I book here.

The bathroom door would not close and toilet cover would not go down. All pillows were lumpy, There were some cockroaches under sink. After making reservations it took a long time to fill out papers like I was buying a home or auto.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, but this one may have been the worst ever. The only bright spot of the entire trip was the staff that checked me in. She was very nice after that everything went completely down hill. The room had no toilet paper of any tolietries. The room had mold in 2 places, and the bed was broken. What made matters even worse when I tried to check out the morning staff was very rude and wouldn't allow me 15-30 mins of extra time to check out, without charging me 25 extra dollars. A completely horrible experience, I wouldn't stay there again if I was paid to.

Horrible, stink, outdated and the people Re not customer service oriented, it was overall a very bad stay and I don't recommend it to anyone especially if you have children....

They took my deposit for being late to recieve deposit . Got rip off on it they took advantage of my money when I checked out . What a bunch of greedy ppl.

You seriously get what you pay for. In my opinion, this hotel is over priced! It should be $10-$15. This hotel was horrible. The air conditioning system did not adequately work because was hot in the room the entire night that I stayed. The room had a wierd smell when I walked in. Furniture very dated and falling apart. The comforter had brown stains on it and appeared to be dirty. The bed was not comfy at all. The towels smelled as well. The shower water was only luke warm. Do not stay here!

Great staff, pretty good sized rooms, a little high priced though, housekeeping never has clean linens or towels though which is a true inconvience. Good night security, an they fail to mention however they require a $100 cash deposit or bank card or major card to hold until checkout

Carpet was stained I did see a roach in my room but everything else was clean

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and quiet. We loved having the little kitchenette. We made use of the refrigerator mostly.

But had a pest problem and dirty floors and furniture

Very pleasant stay and very quiet and peaceful night rest. I enjoyed my stay there!

Staff is amazing.... very reasonable prices and overall a great experience :-)

had to change room twice because they put us in a smoking room - then they put us in a smoking room again - horrible service

I really liked this hotelit was huge ,the rooms very clean.

This place is disgusting and I would not recommend staying there. This place has stains and is horrible

My family was in town for a softball tournament and booked this hotel with other families on the team. All of us had issues! For us the first red flag was while we were waiting to check in. Another patron came up and checked out two days early saying "that's ok were not staying here." As we came to the stairwell there were two full trashcans with trash spilling to the ground, the sidewalks were littered with cigarette butts and hot sauce packets. As we entered our room we noticed the filthy carpet the previous reviews all mentioned. We also noticed our drawers in the bathroom were broken off, mildew in shower, water marks on side table from previous guest, cracks in the ceiling drywall with piece hanging down, wires hanging down from ceiling were smoke detector use to be (thank God there was no fire) but despite our better judgement we decided to tough it out because we only needed it one night. As my daughter laid down on bed she looked over the side were there, along with the carpet that had fallen off the wall, were more cigarette butts.(nonsmoking room) We decided to have dinner at the pool/BBQ area but after lighting a fire one of the long term guests complained and asked us to not BBQ there because the smoke would bother her sensitive lungs, she said this as she held her rather large cat. Afterwards she just stood at the window peering down at us ...AWKWARD When we were packing up to leave my husband checked all the kitchen cupboards to make sure we hadn't missed anything and he came across food left over from the previous guests. I wonder if they had cleaned our room at all. For breakfast the grab and go breakfast was granola bars and coffee, I asked if that was all and she brought out some muffins so if you don't see it ask. We travel to Phoenix twice a month for tournaments and this will be our first and last stay at this hotel. I guess we should be grateful our room was only filthy, one of our team mates found what they believe to be a bed bug and judging by how fast the manager comped her room they thought so too.

The room was large enough. There was a small continental breakfast. The staff was helpful.

The room was dirty, smelly and there were cockroaches. No clean towels had to buy towels from store. BAD EXPERIENCE
