Kind of dangerous area, but overall very convenient for me

Purchased hotel through orbitz and when I went to check in they had no record of my reservation. When I showed them the confirmation they questioned the rate I received. Eventually I contacted orbitz after about 20 minutes of pointless going back and forth and able to resolve the issue immeadiately. When I went back to checkin, the "hotel" attendant had attitude because I contacted orbitz. I eventually received the key and made my way to the room. I was greeted with what appeared to be homeless people around the area. The room had no toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, soap or toilet paper. Attendant stated they provide thoae products. The following morning I noticed what appeared to be more homeless people, drug addicts and possible gang members about the property. On two seperate occasions trhoughout that day there were police officers/vehicles on the property. Again, be mindful of where you stay and dont try to be cheap like I did. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

The sidewalk, the office, the elevator floor was all gross. It looked like someone spilled a gallon of soda and walked in it all over. The elevator floor was sticky. The rooms on the ground floor are being renovated but their idea of renovation is putting in laminate floors and painting. The floor was so gross in the first "clean room" we were given that we requested a new room. The second room was a bit cleaner appearing but the white towel we used to clean a spot by the bed was black when we were done. The General Manager was nice and offered us a free stay the next time we are in town but I won't stay there again.

Hands down this has to be the worst hotel that I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Lots of drug activity and transmits room was very dirty and smells very bad this place should be shut down.

Comforter was dirty, the floor was completely wet, the receptionist said it was the fridge being defrosted but did nothing to remedy it.

everything was little less than ok, would have helped if it had a working toilet that didn't overflow wen turning on the water, having to use the towels meant for my shower , and being told maintenance would be there around 8am, hen I had to check out at 645am

It's not fancy but always good value for the money, I'm so grateful for this place.

Bed was good room was clean. Building is old and in need of renovation but for the price it was worth it

The carpet was filthy, as well as the bed linens and the restroom facilities were gross. The room smelled horrible! I will NEVER stay at this place again! I would rather camp outside!

We had to ask for a new room because the first room stink very bad

Its very quiet well I stick to myself I have had no problems with no one the employee have made my stay. Well worth it

This place is usually pretty good value for the money, but there were a couple of mosquitoes in the room this time and a bug on the bed. And I was awakened by what I'm almost positive were gunshots around 4 in the morning. But hey, it's a great price, the bed is comfortable and I've already booked it again!

I was booked into the wrong location, which frankly could have been my error. However, I spent an entire DAY being transferred around by phone to try and reach a manager, never did, and eventually just gave up and moved to another hotel. Staff were rude, useless and belligerent. When I finally reached a manager, the following week, she was polite enough but said that she had been in all day and didn't know why I had been having trouble reaching her.

Nothing fancy but clean, quiet & comfortable. Another good experience and good value for the money at Crossland!

It was okay, just for a one night stay. No major complaints

We like extended stay studios. It is way more convenient than a regular hotel room. Crossland Economy Studios is a good one. We liked staying there. Helpful staff and a clean room.

Have to pay for clean sheets to be put on bed. Take your towels to office to get clean ones. They only clean rooms aftrt guests leave not during stay.

I had a wonderful time staying out here... it was very relaxing

The bed was comfortable and shower was good, what I look for in a motel.

I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke. Our first visit we were given a room that had been smoked in, the girl gladly gave us another room that was not smoked in. Our second stay the first room looked filthy so the girl gave us a second room, it looked cleaner but we were deceived. There was a big full bag of chips under the bed and as the night went on I was miserable from the cigarette smoke smell. The only plus of this hotel is the staff. They are nice and accommodating.
