Great hotel, close to the airport with a free shuttle. The driver picked us up within 5 minutes. The room was comfortable, the warm, fresh cookies in the lobby were a bonus! Great free breakfast. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

Clean, comfortable, close to airport. Staff friendly, professional, helpful Great breakfast and shuttle.

After traveling for 25 hours, the bed was a welcome gift. It was very comfortable.

Just got back from a 1 night stay in this hotel, and so glad we didn't book a longer stay. There were many good things about this hotel, airport location, friendly & accommodating staff, easy check-in, generally clean, reliable hotel shuttle, ok breakfast with hot and cold buffet-style meal...but, it is DEFINITELY NOT a $250 per night facility. It is older, dated, stale smelling (if you can get passed over powering housekeeping carpet cleaner scent)...average bedding, pool, fitness center, furniture in lobby not at all appealing. The hotel is going to get a makeover...but in the meantime...I would consider it about $125-150 per night hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice enough staff..comfortable beds with a delicious continental breakfast

Just needed a one night's stay for an early morning flight.

Second time in a couple of weeks we've used this place for airport access. It was very clean, and we liked that you can open the window a little for fresh air. I've found the beds not firm enough for my back. Breakfast this time had bacon, eggs , French toast and waffles, fresh fruit---lots of options. The shuttle service coming and going was quick and reliable. Very nice staff. Very good value!

The hotel was close to the airport, clean rooms, pleasant staff, excellent shuttle between airport and hotel. In you have a rental car at the end of your trip, drop your stuff off at the hotel, take car back to rental drop off, take rental shuttle to airport and call hotel they will collect you- excellent service.

This is a nice hotel next door to the Mariott Courtyard, and cheaper, with a free breakfast. If you have a car, there are many restaurants within a mile or two, down the street (easy to find) There apparently is a restaurant at the Mariott next door, which we weren't told about, but would be convenient to walk to if you are using the shuttle as airport transport. The rooms were quiet, even with the window opened. Bathrooms show their age because they are motel- tiny, but they were adequate. The structure is not quality-built, but is maintained well in general. Good value for the price and airport proximity. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend, and we have already booked our next layover stay.

Close to the Airport shuttle ride short.Easy to book on line or by phone.

Not a bad room, except for the door, it had a big gap, letting in a lot of light. I expect a good press with your shoulder and it would pop open. At least the size of the room was ok and the front desk was nice. The driver from the airport was pretty nice too.

We drove to Phoenix from Tucson the night before our trip and because our flight left at 6am and we were to return in 2 weeks at 10:30pm, this was the perfect hotel for the 2 nights in Phoenix!! The Rooms were very comfortable and clean, we left our car there for the entire trip for free, and they had a shuttle both ways. The Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great and we will certainly stay there again.

Fine. Nothing special. Nothing especially noteworthy or irritating. Not as nice as I thought it might be for the price, but fine.

As you might expect it was a little noisey because it was so close to the airport, but it was close to the business meeting. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great, lots of healthy choices.

I was a bit worried at first, not as close to the airport as we thought. but it turned out to be very nice and very clean. Staff was friendly as well.

Great location when flying out of SkyHarbor airport. We did use the hot tub (in the parking lot.... nice value, and location

Great breakfast and staff. Perfect location to get to the airport.

This was a great hotel near the airport. We were able to meet family and continue trip with ease. It helped make for a great trip.

Good place to stay if your looking to save money. In need of remodeling. Beds and pillows too soft. Air conditioning too loud. Lighting in bath area too dim. Good location if you want to be close to the airport.

I want to thank you for taking the time to share about your experience and recognize Bradley for his service. I am very sorry we failed to meet your expectations. The month of March is at a premium in Phoenix due to Spring Training and other area events. We are priced as you suggest, between $79 - $149 the rest of the year but all hotels will see a premium during this month up to triple cost. It comes down to supply and demand and I regret you felt this to be unfair. We are very excited for the changes underway with our new ownership and hope for the opportunity to share these improvements with all our guests and hope you will visit us again outside of peak season.
