You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Convenient single family home, 2BR/1.5BA and Great AC for hot days.
Long term stays and pets are welcome with pre-approval only. Conveniently located walking distance from downtown Chandler. The AC works very well for hot days. 2 full bedrooms , 1 full bath, 1 half bath with accommodations to sleep 5 comfortably. Large fenced backyard if you have pets - please message host with details for approval. Brand new beds and mid century modern furnishings (CB2) including new sectional sofa, two new wall mounted TVs, new in unit washer/dryer, full kitchen recently remodeled, central heat and air plus multiple ceiling fans.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
