It was okay. Clean and comfortable. Only stayed for one night. Didn't like the fact that it was located in a bad area.

The room had three lights total so you could hardly see and when we arrived at midnight it took me pounding on a door to get the front desk gentlemen to come to the counter. He was clearly on a drug when he was checking me in which was a bit unsettling. Overall the hotel is clean, and nicely laid out. It is a fine place for a road side over nighter but probably not for a long term stay because it isn't in the best location.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's in an somewhat industrial/commercial part of town. I selected it because it's very close to an international bus station that we were using, but given its location I didn't expect. It was very nice. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect for us.It's near several good places to eat and a convenience store. There are and a couple of museums on a nearby bus line. Perfect place at a great price.

My stay was awesome and i reccomend the stay as the staff is friendly n courteous.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Great location easy to get to

Comfort Inn West is comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well and enjoyed the breakfast supplied each morning in the breakfast area. Couple of items to note: 1. I stayed there (alone) on a business trip during the week and felt safe. Would raise my awareness just a bit, after dark, if I my wife and kids were with me. 2. Ask for a room away from the highway. The building is next to the freeway entrance ramp so you have the highway noise but also louder engine noise as they run up to highway speed. Slept on highway side first night, and moved across the hall second night and the traffic drone is still audible but considerably muted.

Nice layout, clean, with pool and hot tub outside. Mgr./staff is very kind and accommodating, Breakfast is included. The only negative is the location. Seems too far from anything.

This was a quick stop during a long road trip. The location fit our needs but was not convenient for many things. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean. The price was perfect for our needs.

Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and enjoyable. Rooms were clean and the breakfast is very good. We stayed for 6 nights during spring training and like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Location was good, but isolated. Right off of I-10, but not walking distance to any restaurants. They have pizza and Chinese options that deliver, but to find nice eating establishments, we had to drive and discover! Would definitely stay there again. Area is highly industrial.

Too bad we couldn't use the pool because soemone was drunk and threw up in it. My children were looking forward to swimming since it was a warm day in Phoenix.

Older comfort inn in need of some upgrading. Located next to freeway. some homeless folks in area.

The Hotel was close to where I was working which made it a fast trip to work. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. they had a small breakfast in the morning that wasn"t bad.

Our stay was well worth the price. The manager on duty was a great help and very kind. The rooms were a decent size and clean. It was close to downtown (4 miles) phoenix and plenty of other places to go have fun! The breakfast was ok could of had more of a selection! Would stay again

The hotel has everything you need but not clean and needs to remodel. Front desk is friendly. Wifi didnt work, Tv worked but messed up, no clean quality channel to view. No pay per view movie.

The front desk staff were great.

Our reason for traveling to Phoenix was to visit my kids and Grandkids. Naturally, due to the Phoenix heat, our Grandkids utilized the pool during our visit. However, the manager / front desk clerk was "overly" concerned with our "visitors" (3 Grandkids ages 5, 4 and 2). They didn't stay the night with us but our 2 yr old had a crying fit for about an hour and the Manager made it a point to inform us that if it didn't stop, the police were going to called. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. All in all, the Manager was "tactful".

When we arrived to the hotel, they had not received the reservation from orbitz. I contacted orbitz from the hotel lobby and was kept on hold for about thirty minutes. The customer service department representatives must have been in another country because it was difficult to understand them. Then they kept transfering me to another department that could try to help me. Finally after an hour, the hotel finally received a confirmation fax. The hotel itself was nice except the room was about 90 degrees when we walked in, and it took all night to cool it down. One of the rooms had a broken shower so we all had to shower in the other room we booked. The breakfast was decent. The hotel staff was very patient and helpful. I would stay here again but never book through orbitz.

The people that helped us were super!!! When I come to town next time I will stay at this hotel.

it was relaxing to not be disturbed !!!!!!

Stayed one night. Staff is outgoing, friendly, helpful - verp "professional"
