Room needs updating - sheets had a stain; bathroom not spotless; balcony had water damage to the stucco; thermostat needed to be replaced during our stay

Attractive facility. Room was a bit tired, but passable

The king suite is very roomy! The bed very comfortable! The pool in the suites area was wonderful! After that it goes down hill. The room was not clean. There was visible thick, as in been there a long time, dust and cobwebs. I had to remove a large clump of hair from off the shower drain!! The rooms were in poor repair, and work that had been done was really sloppy.

Staff was friendly and professional. Pool was clean and inviting. Close to great shopping and food.

Loved the area & the layout of the resort. Everything was clean & neat. Resort is in need of a serious remodel. Huge room-- again, need upgraded. Also was disappointed that there was no refrigerator & out dated coffee maker.

Rooms a bit dated. They should sweep off patios between guests as ours had toe nails on it.

Not real good. A/C unit broke twice during stay.

This is an excellent hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. The location is great if you want quiet and privacy. If you need to be within walking distance of things, go somewhere else. But if you like incredible desert views, a great restaurant and pool, this is your place

This is a "bit off the beaten path" but it is an incredible location and facility. We stay for two non-consecutive nights. Both times we arrived early and were allowed to check in. The rooms are nice ( the first night we were upgrade to accommodate the fact that we were early. The upgraded room was much nicer and allowed you to walk right out to pool side.) The staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was great.

Beautiful garden ,pool and mountain view. The furniture is nice. And the area is facing a golf course. It is quiet and it has a good resturant. We had a good time. Just the king room has no refrigerator. And the price is ok.

Clean beautiful resort room, reasonable prices , great pool...I am a repeat customer....This is the only place I would come to when I am in Phoenix

Went up to Cave Creek for my girlfriends birthday. Had dinner at Binkley's and instead of driving all the way back into the city, decided to stay at this resort. The room was really nice, bed was comfortable, just no internet. Didn't affect us that much as we weren't in the room for much. The resort has a really nice pool area, wish we would have stayed there longer to take advantage of it

Great value for the location and type of resort. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay outside of the downtown area at a resort but does not want to pay the ridiculous cost

Wonderful location in the desert but centrally located between Phoenix & Sedona.exquisite landscaping, beautiful pool area, staff eager to please. Welcoming lobby, rooms very clean & have a great western theme. We plan to return every year, hopefully with our kids & grands. Classy without being "uppity": sooo comfortable! Perfect winter getaway!

The hotel room no. is not lit at night, and one cannot find the room at night. I watched the poor room service guy going to multiple rooms before locating the right room for delivery, as I did when I was checking in. Please either put room numbers along the side walk, or put a light over it outside the door.

I have stayed here twice while in the area, both times have just been overnight. It is always the best deal with a good location and good amenities but at a third of the cost.

I came to the area for "house hunting" for our retirement. This is a good hotel for a good price. It has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and desert vegetation. The large pool and area was well maintained and not overcrowded. I really enjoyed this part. Location is convenient to Carefree and Cave Creek, just a couple of miles away. Hotel provides shuttle, although I had my own car that I could park for free. The room was outdated but clean. I enjoyed the balcony. One night I came back after 10 pm and was starved. The (only) hotel restaurant was already closed, as well as the room service! The staff was friendly but not exceptional. Overall i liked my stay and would come back again.

Love this place we go a couple weekends a year to get away. Prices are decent and we really like the shuttle we can take to and from the bars and restaurants. Try the fish tacos at their restaurant!

I was there for a conference. Had a few problems but the staff took care of it right away. The food was excellent & a very fair value. All of the staff was accommodating to our conference needs & individual needs. Plan on returning for just some relaxation time with my dog.

I stayed for just one night because I was just there to eat at a restaurant in town. Everything was great.
