The property was nice and clean, room was spacious but the front desk staff was not friendly

The air conditioner in the room sounded like a jet plane and did not keep the correct temperature. The plumbing would make very loud sounds in the middle of the night. We could here the people upstairs walking and making noise. Not a very restful stay. Pool area is very small. No breakfast.

As it's more of an extended stay hotel, i have only 1 night to review. 1st, location is central and not far form anything you'd want to go in Tempe. I was lucky enough to be greeted my LISA CULP at the front desk who explained everything i will need with a smile. For a nice hotel that is very clean, central, smells great, and has all the amenities you will need you can rest assure this hotel goes the extra mile hiring people like LISA CULP that will make sure you have a pleasant stay.

I am actually planning on filing a very very formal direct complaint against you and I g group along with candlewood suites while I was staying at the candlewood suites I had left my room and had went somewhere my ex-girlfriend arise at the property and was let into my room by the staff she was not on the room did not pay anything was not listed anywhere and they let her in and she stole from me

Clean and spacious room. Stayed in a king suite which had a livingroom and kitchenette. Large bathroom too.

Really great staff. Room was super musty -- smelled like smoke and pets.

Good location, free & convenient parking. Very clean

Balloroom for conference it was pretty good Bar eexcellent however Room too noisy freeway very close overall to expensive for the stay

Liked having a kitchen in my room and the cupboard and gym were great.

I didnt realize there was no maid service at this property - they do it weekly. Rooms are decent size with lots of desk space for working. My trash can in my room had a bag of fast food, presumably from the previous person in the room - a little gross actually. Also, the location is in a questionable area, and it was not easy to get Lyft/Uber rides. On top of that, there was road work being done and the only way in was on the side street (no entrance on Baseline) which meant a mile and a half around the detour to get in the parking lot. We had to walk a block to get our rides. When we told the front desk, they were polite but only offered up a "sorry" with a smile. I think something more than that could have and should have been offered. Overall, I would likely never stay there again.

A pair of pants was left hanging in the bathroom. Floor was not clean either.

Everything about this extended stay hotel, location and staff was a great experience for me. I'm a travel RN with lots of hotel experience. Candlewood Suites really knows how to provide the basics and the extras!!! Top quality bedding and mattress, a kitchenette that exceeded my expectations, laundry and gym facilities that are nice, bright, and clean unlike some hotels. I especially was pleased by the front desk staff being able to answer questions giving detailed information about the brand and services provided.

The room was clean and had nice amenities. The hotel smelled of smoke in the first floor hall and a different, weird smell in the second floor hall. There seemed to be a lot of pets staying with their owners at the hotel. The swimming pool was in the middle of the parking lot.

The location was well centralized, room was clean and spacious. Staff was nice.

Great stay good experience friendly staff great location wonderful ammenities nice kitchen

This was only for one night but the staff were fabulous. If it had been closer to where I needed to stay, then I would have extended my stay. Hotel doesn't have all the frills, but it was clean and the staff were great.

Excellent value for a suite type hotel. Great location close to interstate, airport, etc. Excellent staff and amenities.

I just wanted to stay at a place out of city. It turns out that I stayed at a very cozy hotel. Price, amenities, service, etc., everything made sense to me.

1. Upon our arrival we were told they couldn't find our reservation. 2. The first room assigned to us was filthy. 3. There was a pitcher for drinks in the fridge that contained moldy liquid. 4. The first room assigned was located next to the employee supply closet, so when the cleaning crew arrived at approximately 6am, their chattering woke us. 5. The phone in the room did not work. 6. When I discussed all this with the front desk, I was told that the problem was that they were really full. I responded that we had reserved our room in September. After some back and forth discussion, we were given a different room, however, while in the process of going to the new room the front desk person chased us down and stated, "you don't want that room, please go to this room instead" and gave us another room.
