I was in town for a conference and this suited my needs. No frills.
Our first night was nice and enjoyable. The second night there was a loud party going on in the room next door with people yelling and using foul language. We called the front desk three times with no results. We had to demand a new room away from the noisy party at 11 pm and ended up hauling our stuff across the motel to finally get some rest. No one ever went to the other room to tell them to stop. We requested a refund for the second night but were denied by the management. Very poor customer service.
Good location, Friendly staff, Very Very CLEAN, nice pool. Good price for all that was provided.
The place was quiet and there were not any problems.
Close proximity to spring training baseball and all of the amenities that go with it.
