. It was not a "Inn" like days inn..Its a cheap motel with plenty of bugs and drunkards roaming all over the night making noises and a hotel with rude hotel staff. 2. We were not given towels and even toilet papers. We got towels only on the second day. 3. We were not allowed to enter / meet the front desk after 8 pm and had to talk through a window like a jail suspect. Such a shameful hotel suggested by Orbitz in their top list? I hate Orbitz. My trip was bad because of this and its on you!

We arrived there in the middle of the night. There were prostitutes and drug dealers at the hotel and it didnt look safe at all. When we decided to leave that place it was very hard to find a cab that was willing to pick us up from there at that time of the night. I dont understand why this hotel gets advertised. Its a scam and its definitely not recommend to stay there. According to the nice taxi driver who eventually got us out of there this area is the "harlem of phoenix".

I booked this independent hotel online and did not expect Taj Mahal for the price. The Orbitz picture hotel belies the truth. The hotel appears fine from the outside. However, it was rundown inside. My room had no working tube TV. The bed was scary looking. I inspected the room and decided to look for a room elsewhere. The hotel also appeared to cater to the longer term tenants. Some of them were sitting outside and sipped from their brown bags. This particular hotel did not feel safe and was dirty.

Blood on the sheets, comforters full of paint. Bed bug infested. Staff unprofessional and they lock you out of your room. Grounds have poop from the staffs red pit bull and they don't pick it up. This was by far the worse hotel hell that I've ever visited. I will never tell a enemy ot stay at a hotel that doesn't have working televisions. This was a waste of time and money. Don't disappoint yourself with the lies on their page and trust it is all lies. It's not comfortable no bathroom lights and it's on skid row Van Buren. Drug central of arizona I realized that after walking to the train to go down town. People walking with no shoes talking to themselves begging for money people trying to sell foodstamp cards to buy drugs omg it's simply messy down there. Stay by the airport ot close to thunderbird heck Glendale is better than that place.

The area was unsafe. The Entrance was unappealing. The sign to the lobby was not clear. There were stragglers harboring around the hotel. The Police was summoned to remove one person from the area. The air condition did not work.

Ok this is a cheap sleazy MOTEL (not hotel) in a terrible neighborhood, noise and activity all night long, people on drugs, prostitutes... I had a bad feeling when I saw a trailor full of mattresses in the parking lot, and also a cop came because a guest called them when the desk person wouldn't give them a refund for the room. I was like, ok hm. My recipt said the room was ten bucks cheaper than the rate i paid. Uh, ok.... went to the room anyhow, determined to make it work. The door wouldn't open, looked like it had been broken into and shoddy attempt at repair. Got a different room. Broken tiles, patched holes in wall not painted over. I had reserved a non smoking room and this room smelled of cigarrettes. Old TV I couldn't plug my computer into. Went looking for an ice machine and got laughed at. Woke up at 3 am Covered in itchy bites! I fled in the middle of the night.

Security seemed to be an issue. Checking in was done through a window even though they have a lobby.

The room was not clean, I think they had just washed the carpet because it was wet. The sink in the bathroom was just about falling off the vanity, the night stand by the bed was full of stains, sticky and gum residue.. I needed a place to stay with my dog for one night, If I would not have prepaid, I would of got my money back and found something else. The one thing it had going for it was the bed was comfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel to women traveling alone.

Package value. Price is right. They say unsafe. Eh

Beds are not comfortable, but they do have a microwave and fridge. They are cleaner than most places. Over all iys not so bad here.

Horrible place to stay, they actually said they have options the crack side or the nice side, the whole place is the crack side. Never again

The night window is up by the door without a register. Thus the clerk has to keep going back and forth to the lobby desk behind her. Makes for a slow check-in, especially after having been on the road all day. Not a nice part of town to be standing outside waiting - plus it was cold. Lobby closes at 2030. No morning coffee I could see. ANYWHERE! For cheap, though, it can't be beat. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, good blanket, hot water in the shower.

Checked in late room was hot on the second floor dirty in bathroom and around bedroom walls will not stay here again

Old tv is available but no cable or any regular channel(s). When the motel is booked, staff leaves and doesn't open until 11am.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The price was good all things considered and the location was very convenient for our needs and lots a places to eat and shop, but the rooms wasn't the best, there was a broken window in the bathroom, good thing we was on 2nd floor and no direct views inside, broken light switch and the mini fridge was not clean and smelly. Beds did have clean linen and shower clean tho and staff friendly.

The room was comfortable enough. I thought it was fairly clean until I looked under the bed. Looked like its been YEARS since anyone has cleaned it!

I like, good service, close from the airport, clean rooms . everything good inside the room

Neighborhood=BAD, Hotel and Staff=GREAT. Listen the place is directly across the street from a Mental Hospital (that REPORTEDLY 'dumps' their patients to L.A. by buying them a one-way bus ticket to Hollywood) and working girls are in the area, so the neighborhood is not too swell after dark. Actually, once you get past the poor souls wandering the street with hospital gowns, the day time is O.k. But I spent LESS than $ 40.00, was checked in by a friendly guy in like 5 minutes and the room was close by. 1st thing, HOT. Arizona hot !! 90 degree NIGHTTIME HOT. The room was hot and stuffy. The newer room a/c blasted the temp to the 70s in minutes. There was no bad smell as others say, no roaches or vermin scurrying around and everything was neat and tidy. Yeah, CRT TV, but newer one, bigger screen and clear picture. OK towels, clean sheets and clean rug. BAD- no smoking room but shower curtain thin bed spread had over 15 cigarette burn holes in it. NO BLANKET. Pillows were very small. All in all, very good value, nice place, if it were in any other hood, it'd be a $ 70.00 dollar PLUS room, so don't complain and enjoy the value. ;)
