When we checked in the receptionist took my credit card info like normal then he wrote it down on the back of a piece of paper. I questioned him about it and he told me it was procedure but I didn’t agree with that and he told me to stop arguing with him about it. I told him I have a right to question him it’s my card. He finally told me the internet was down and he need the number to enter into his computer when it was up again. Once in the room it was nothing I expected at $200 a night. The bathroom was dirty and had urine all over the toilet seat. It’s really outdated and not as comfortable as I expected. I complained and he moved my room to something a little bit better/ cleaner. There is a small balcony with no ocean view. The balcony has a steel door that has a sign that says lower it when your not in your room for safety. I was scared after reading that but I actually felt safe in the city at all times of the day and night. It’s located in the heart of the city. I hope this helps because I wish someone had told me prior to booking it.
