Loved it just wish the pool would have been open but it was closed due to Covid

The housekeepers were every rude after I personally cleaned up my Valentine's day decor so they would have to clean it.

I could ever find a drink lady in the casino causing me to buy drinks while i gambled all day at the slots

No hot water unless you left shower run for 22 minutes. When asked staff they just said it is a old building.

The staff was very nice but there is just no saving this place. The whole place reeks of smoke.

We enjoyed ourselves. I think when construction is done and everything is open and running we will be back. The parking for the hotel was odd. there was no valet outside so we assumed there wasn't one. We did want to play Roulette again before we left in the morning but there was only one table open and the dealer was very slow. So we decided to pass.

The property was lively as is expected at a casino. The rooms were very clean however, the common areas (lobby, elevators, casino) needed to be vacuumed. The property could stand a renovation. The staff was nice and helpful. Bartenders were fantastic! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff accommodated an early check in so we could get changed for ounsons graduation ceremony, even though they were booked solid.

The front desk staff was polite, no issues upon check in or check out.

Great location and love the casino. Good facilities most open 24 hours and very comfy business center.

The staff were excellent and the room service was great. Many ammenities for anyone looking for a night away.

Amazing. Loved everything. A nice property. If I ever visit this area again, I’ll definitely keep this establishment in mind in terms of booking a hotel room through Orbitz. We enjoy using Orbitz to book because it’s very rewarding.
