The Latham Hotel

The whole place was great. The only complaint I would have was the room was advertised online that it would sleep four. The room only had a king sized bed, so it was a tight squeeze for four adults. It did the trick for the night but I would suggest multiple rooms if you have more than two adults.

This hotel was clean, in an amazing location and the staff was very friendly!!

No Mini Bar. But everything else was nice. Didn't wow me with over the top ammenities but didn't do anything wrong.

nice location, I like shopping and it located at shopping street. nice staff, I really enjoy it. by the way, this is my third time I live Latham.

This hotel we stayed at met our expectations. We usually stay at chain hotel that we have our rewards program with, however, they were all booked up for "Family Weekend" at a local university. We were pleasantly surprised at the Latham. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't interact much with hotel staff other than checking in and checking out, but the register staff were extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Like with any other city hotel, parking is either valet or you have to find a parking garage on your own. We found a parking garage right around the corner from the hotel (4 min. walk). Much cheaper than valet parking through the hotel. I will say we got good value for the money for this stay on this particular weekend only because we found a deal on-line probably several weeks earlier before our trip. Otherwise, the normal price per night is fairly steep. So shop around well ahead of time for better pricing. The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants so that was convenient. Very close to all the local colleges as well. We enjoyed the Latham.

Overall the hotel was a very positive experience. The Latham Hotel is extremely well situated in Center City with it just a few blocks away from beautiful Rittenhouse Square and close to incredible shops and restaurants. The Latham's gratis Audi A-8 limo to drop off and pick up guests in nearby Center City spots is very nice. The room safe is at no charge, which is great to protect your valuables while out and about. My room with king bed was gorgeous, immaculate and well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. My friend who stayed in a room across the hall from mine had problems with her room (no hot water and the heating system either kept her room too cold or too hot). I did not have the problems with my room that my friend had with her's. The hotel manager did offer a future one night stay at no cost to make up for the problems in my friend's room. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect and the room was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, checkin was quick and efficient but having our car parked was not. The valet service involved pulling up to the hotel and double-parking on (very busy) 17th st until a member of the staff is able to accommodate you but don't let this discourage you. The hotel gym has a nice view and despite being very minimal it was great to have a free workout. The hotel restaurant/bar was very mediocre the drinks were good but service is slow. Breakfast was expensive and a bagel and muffin took a half hour to prepare (the kitchen was very busy with room service orders). Our server was very friendly and struck our bill, which saved the experience. I would recommend a stay at the Latham - a bit expensive for what it is, but the location is very convenient.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Rittenhouse Square and is within walking distance (more than a few blocks- roughly a 5 minute walk) to the Suburban Square station. They also have a free town car service which provides free transport within a mile of the hotel. Philly is pretty central (at least the parts of town you want to hang in) so this is a big bonus. As for the room itself, I appreciated the free water but found the room to be very small, we had a lovely "view" of the backsides of some old brick buildings and the room seemed a bit old (i.e. needed a fresh coat of paint). The room certainly wasn't cheap so I would think twice about staying here again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We had a issue of noise in our room. Also the elevator inside the hotel was too small, we had to squeeze to carry all our belongs. However, we had a complimentary car to drive us to the station which was really nice!! Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel (the location is perfect) and would like to come back again!

hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the room was little bit smaller than what you see in the picture but its acceptable for short trip. However, they had a complimentary car to took us to the airport that was really nice!

The location was close to market and nice restaurants as well as a 24 hour diner for a wide range of eating options. It was close to where we needed to be. We were also able to score reasonably priced parking close by. The staff allowed us to have a late check-out, which made for a relaxing, stress less end-of-weekend.

Perfect, very clean, good service, good room service, and Pet friendly.

The location was great and staff were very friendly. The room had modern amenities. It was clean and comfortable. Hotel restaurant was also pretty good. No complaints. I would certainly stay at Latham again.

Hotel was perfectly situated and great deal...booked for a king bed though and only got a queen (not a huge deal since didn't really need one that large, but just the point)...otherwise, very nice

Everything is nice, except the bed is too soft for me.

Family trip to Philly. The hotel has a fantastic location, the rooms are great (staff, cleanliness, and decoration) and I think its the best value for money (given location). Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants!

Great Room to rest your head after a long wedding party. Even late at night the staff was helpful to get us to our rooms quickly and quietly. We are very thankful!

The staff, everyone from the front desk to the doormen, was great and efficient. Beds are super plush and comfortable, and the room was large and spacious. The bathroom seems to be brand new, and was great for a bath or showers. Nice touch with the organic toiletries. It's around the corner from Federal Donuts, and Dizengoff, legitimately the best hummus place in maybe the entire Northeast, so it could not be more central. Would definitely stay here again for a weekend.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for our anniversary weekend and had a great time! The hotel is in a prime location in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in the center city area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and well decorated; a little on the small side but for the price and location it was nothing to complain about. We also enjoyed the restaurant located in the hotel. They offered a variety of delicious and unique drinks during happy hour and the bartender was very friendly! We would definitely recommend this to friends.

We had the best time in Philly, and a major part is in due to the Latham Hotel. Their staff was amazing! Not only did they allow us to check in a bit early since we arrived earlier than expected, they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We loved having the option of an available car service to help take us and pick us up as we toured the sites. Roman, who was our driver was the BEST! We gave us a fantastic history of the city, and is a great memory to our time in Philly. If you are looking to stay anywhere, the Latham should certainly be at the top of your list. Oh, and LOCATION! It's amazing!!
