Based on the images, the hotel looked great. Images can be deceiving. The air conditioner made noises constantly. The toilet stopped up twice and the manager on duty thought I should be the one to use the plunger. They called a plumber and it broke the day I left. One day the cable connection went out - arguably that was due to Comcast problems - but my cell phone and wireless PC would not connect to the hotel system. The manager told me it had to be my problem. Funny though - my cell phone picked up the hotel next door and worked off that network. I used my PC at Montgomery County Intermediate Unitl. I had no trouble connecting either the phone of PC there! The breakfast was mostly grain and bread - fine but the donuts were stale. Several days there were no eggs. Juice ran out several times. Based on description I expected some type of meat, other than hardboiled eggs, etc. In the room there was ceiling damage in the restroom, too much grout used to plug a hole, etc. All in all the hotel seemed old and it seemed that it had seen better days.

My Mother was very pleased by the price and the quality of the accommodations. She slept well and felt at ease. The first floor room on the ramp was perfect as she has issues with steps. I did not even tell the hotel about her limitations.

this hotel smells bad, needs major cleaning and updating. The room had a broken fridge, useless microwave and the toilet was always getting clogged. The shower water pressure was weak. This wasn't a cheap hotel which made it worse. I won't be back and don't recommend it.

The front desk staff were not very friendly or informative. The service staff on the floors were nice. Elevator lights were broken and floor was dirty with paper towels in the corner. There was a hairpin on the floor of my room and the bathroom floor was sticky. Air conditioning vents had not been clean in a LONG time. I don't need luxury in a hotel room, but I do expect the hotel I stay at to be clean. I will not be staying here again.

Bathroom shower had soap scum all over the walls. Elevator was broken did not go to every floor. (Inspection certificate hasn't been marked since 2010). Breakfast was not out when advertised.

Good room and nice breakfast. Hard to see the hotel sign at night.

The staff were really rude at check in. They went about doing whatever they were doing and made it seem like I was a inconvenience to them. This was after waiting about twenty minutes of them acting like I wasn't there. The room was clean and comfortable but the lobby and the windows were dirty. They may have just had a bad day so I would recommend this for the price.

The staff was lacking in responding to a request for extra towels. Too busy to bring some to the room. Elevators were extremly slow to the point of being a safety hazard. Has to use the stairs. The breakfast buffet was ok.

I come to Philadelphia on business at least once a month and the Inn is my hotel of choice - a home away from home.

Large rooms totally free of luxury. Horrible breakfast or great powdered eggs based on perspective. Fair selection of minibar style drinks at the front desk except many choices were unavailable. No in room safe despite the feeling you need one - badly. Comfortable bed 50yds from the PA Turnpike in a 30yo property should sum up the description of this property.

this is an older hotel with some minor issues like only one elevator working and lobby cold due to broken front door, but it was clean and inexpensive enough to consider for a brief stay.

Pros: Cost, Location, Friendliness and Cleanliness Cons: Could not process credit card at check-in. Could not provide printed invoice at check-out. Did not send invoice after two requests following check-out. Did not service my room on second day of my stay.

My wife and I stayed one night here and found the hotel and room to be clean and comfortable. The room was very nice, and the staff were very friendly upon check-in. Our room was on the first floor and it was very clean and provided us with a very reasonable and comfortable stay. I would recommend the Inn to my friends and family. They also have a great, free breakfast with a lot of options!

NICE HOTEL NOT MARKED WELL TO ENTERANCE OF PARKING

Staff very helpful. The hotel is a little hard to find as it sits a bit back from the road and the is a divider that stops direct access into drive way. Patience did payoff though. Standard breakfast, nothing special, but nothing to grump about either. Attractive feature has to be that it is only a short distance from of one of the largest mall areas in the country. Not sure if it is the King of Prussia Mall or several malls that are connected. Enjoy the shopping, you will be thankful the hotel is so close

Hotel is not easy to find-poor signage, but was disconcerting atmosphere and location. Did not feel safe to walk anywhere outside; definitely needed elevators serviced- as 1 didn't work and other was very clunky, slow and concerning. Other guests told us the 1 elevator hadn't been working for more than that day. Definitely needed numerous upgrades; bathroom was in poor condition. Staff was ok. We would not stay there again.

everything was great. good price. elevators a little slow and outdated but that's really it.

It was great nice and clean good staff they give u a real breakfast in the morning l will be staying here on my next trip

Good breakfast..had a nice variety of options to choose from

I've been working in the road for 10 years. Becky and Stephanie at the front desk were the nicest and most helpful I've met.
