NEIGHBORHOOD: This is one of the best places to be and call home while away from home. Not only is the energy in the apartment great but the area itself has all the amenities you can think of. Some of the best places to eat are all within a 3-6 mins walk from the apartment. And the area has many convenient stores and quality food shops as well. The Kimmel Center theater is only 3 blocks away and all historical points are within walking distance.

Heating: Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It a metal unit that runs across the wall lower part. There is a knob on each right turns it higher. After a bit it gets very warm in there.

The subway and metro station are also nearby. We have the Patco line that takes you into Camden NJ and other New Jersey points of interest only 2 blocks away. The Market Frankford Line and The Orange Broad Street Line are also only a few blocks away and take you to all Philadelphia points of interest. You can also walk everywhere conveniently from this location. It's a great safe area and full of things to do.
