Sheraton Philadelphia Society Hill Hotel

We loved this hotel. We had a room on the club level, with access to a lounge and snacks/drinks. What a nice feature! We swam at the pool, which was clean, with fresh towels and warm water. The room was comfortable and clean. The absolute only negative thing was that I mistakenly left a dress in the closet and, when I called the next morning, they were unable to locate it. That was disappointing, but it's not the hotel's fault that someone was less than honest and didn't bring my dress to lost & found.

Wedding party in the next room at 4 AM. Security shut it down quickly. There is little sound barrier between rooms. My ears may never forget the things I heard that night. When you book, please tell them not next to any wedding parties!

friendly staff and nice environment. Location is good near good restaurants.

Good room, great staff, perfect location to witness history, best deal.

The hotel is in a great location and the overall experience was fine. For the amount I paid, I was hoping for a better room. It was spacious, but I was not told that the bed was a murphy bed. Weird room layout.

We were in town for our anniversary. The hotel was great. It was well maintained, clean and the all of the staff were polite and helpful. I am always concerned about the cleanliness of the room. It was nicely decorated and everything was in next to new condition and very clean. Very pleased. We had never stayed in Philadelphia and were unsure of the best areas to be in but we didn't have to worry. We walked all over this section of the city for 2 days.

Great place to stay when we unexpectedly had to stay the night in Philadelphia due to airport delay Got to experience local cusine in historic part of the city Thankful for the service and accomodation.

It was a short stay in Sheraton and a nice trip to philadelphia. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient for my family. The room is quite large.

Nice trip with family, sites all close by that we wanted to see,

Best Philly location by far! This hotel is literally about 4 blocks from liberty bell and two blocks from the Delaware River. Beautiful area. You can walk to all attractions and if your interested in some night life you are a two blocks away from many excellent bars and restaurants. It is a pet friendly hotel and they were great about my dog. I do wish they had a fridge in the room and some more water. Also the ventilation wasn't that great in the room and the windows do not open at all. Wish we could have had some fresh air. Overall great place but they have nothing for breakfast (unless you pay) and no fresh air. Location is amazing.

hotel was beautiful. only negative was my view from room was of construction on a neighboring building. im sure its a better view now

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Philadelphia. It has an excellent location and the staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, especially the steak and philly cheesesteak.

Excellent location, super comfortable bed. Decent breakfast but overpriced. Gift shop didn't have contact lens solution....not cool. But staff was super helpful as I was dealing with a lost bag. I'd stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the 2nd time in 12 years...so they've kept the quality up.

we usually are very happy with the sheraton and with two small kids it was nice they have an indoor pool and walking distance from the historic district and penn's landing. parking is really expensive and really the only option is to valet. also - i was shocked there as no fridge in the room. we had to request one and the one they brought was ancient and smelled like mildew. the rooms were comfortable though. maid service was a little annoying...the first day they came at 2 and the next day the maid actually walked into our room at 8:30am. but we would still stay there again and be sure there was a fridge in our room ahead of time.

Desk staff was quick and efficient. Helpful in accommodating our desired room location. The beds are very comfortable and the bar was nice. The hotel is extremely well located near all the historic sites and other tourist venues. Will return again and again.

We needed a shower cap the night we got in so we could take a shower and go to bed and there was no shower cap. I had to call the front desk twice and after 25 minutes it was delivered to the room. The air conditioner made a horrible noise which made it very hard to sleep well. It was the first time I saw in a four star hotel the a/c unit inside the room. The unit is always out side not inside the room. The bathtub was dirty. It had black marks on it. It took for ever to get the car. I've had better service. I would really think hard about going back to a Sheraton Hotel after this experience.

Loved every minute of my stay. Staff was excellent. Zero complaints

I Couldn't ask for a nicer place and staff. Felt very welcome and offered great service. Easy access to many historical sites and services.

great location for the seminar we were attending. walking distance to lots of restaurants and historic neighborhoods. Staff is attentive and always pleasant. Could do with an occasional clean behind those bed headboards. I had to fish out something and the dust there is pretty amazing.
