Started my visit soaking in the ambiance - single parking lot light flickering making everything half-lit - and cramped, closed in parking lot combined with the attendant behind a bulletproof glass window facing outside gave the impression I might be stabbed at any moment. Got into room, light switch didn't work, had to fumble around to find a lamp that was working - this was pretty typical of everything else in the visit. Floors weren't cleaned, had to wear socks to avoid getting infected by whatever sticky stuff was on it. Didn't dare take a shower because there was a dark, large outline of black mold on the bottom of the bathtub. Stains on the walls, flies everywhere, smoke and fire alarms covered in bags, smell was awful. The toilet overflowed every time used even if nothing put in it. In order to use it for the day I was there, I had to have a plunger ready each time it was flushed. The toilet also was installed oddly close to the sink, so in order to sit on it I had to jam the right side of my body up against the side of the sink. The bathroom also had no soap (during a pandemic)! The only coffee packets were decaf - with no sugar/sweet'nlo that usually comes with it. No microwave, and the TV was basically useless - fuzzy lines when turned on only fixed by jiggling the cables. In theory there's Direct TV, but there's no remote for it. To summarize: Don't risk your health or safety by staying here, it's not worth saving the money.

I'm very sorry but I didn't like the strong smell of cigarettes at all, and apart from that, the air conditioning was leaking a lot of water into the room.

The entire customer service was horrible from knocking on the door telling us to check out when we still had one more night.the little ass sundown girl was giving attitude when I ask her to change our room because the lights didn’t work at all. DO NOT STAY HERE unless your a prostitute

We were woken up with a loud banging at the door, an hour before checkout time and told it was time to leave. There were cigarette burns all over the tub and the room wasn’t clean

The hotel clerk was the rudest clerk I've ever encountered in my life. Customer service was poor. The room was grungy. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled so heavily of smoke that I couldn't breathe. There were cigarette burns and crumbs in the bedding. The bathtub was grungy. The parking lot had trash in it. It was overall a very disgusting place. I left shortly after check-in. I'm not even sure I can get a refund for the nights I chose not to stay there but my peace of mind was worth paying again to stay somewhere else.

This the most Dirty and Nastiest hotel I’ve stayed at. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Nothing every thing was terrible from the beginning

There is no microwave. The sheets are stained and wrinkled. The floor is not even swept. And the bath tub drain is clogged.

This was one of the badiest experience I have ever had. I would not have any of my family or firends go there.

Shuttle service was great, driver friendly. Close to airport!

We liked that there was a refrigerater in the room, the room was clean except for the floor. The building is old and need of many repairs; water stain spots on the ceiling, cracks in the walls, etc. Overall feel of the whole establishment was "dingy."

I booked in on line through Orbitz and the room is stinky and smoking room, I found women hair at the bed , the bathroom is not clean. I will not stay here again.

It was convenient to the airport but the room was dingy smelling, my towel had hair on it already and it just felt really creepy.

Very bad!! Never stayed in a hotel of such type in my life

OMG - the worst hotel I ve stayed at. The room said "no smoking" and it stunk of smoke like someone just smoked a whole pack and just left the room. They do not enforce no smoking policy in the non smoking rooms. I had a 4yo son with me who didnt enjoy the smell either. People were very loud outsie until about midnight. I checked in at 8pm and I got a phone call at 11:15 pm from the front desk telling me I forgot my drivers licence at the front desk. That call wake me and my son up. Barely got any sleep that night. Breakfast started at 7 and I left the hotel at 6 so I wasnt able to get bfast on the go or even coffee. Only thing good about this place is the location and the fact that they have long stay parking.

At my arrival, they gave me a smelly room and I requested to be transfer. For the first two nights, my bed were not done when I got back from the city. Around the premises, there were cob webs everywhere and trash. My bed sheets were always dirty, mold in the bathroom and shower. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. ITS BETTER OFF TO PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE AND STAY A ANOTHER HOTEL. This hotel should be inspected or shut down. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. And they night before check out, the power went out and we were in complete darkness for an hour with no air conditioned. When I went to the front desk, they said talk to the manager and they did not had a back up generator. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Had to change rooms three times to get a working tv, coffee maker and lights. Terrible smoke smell in every room, no sense of cleanliness, stained sheets and towels. The most horrific motel I’ve ever been to.

The room was not cleaned properly. The walls had some sticky residue on themin random places. The mini fridge was in disrepair. The drawers still had some of the belongings of the previous person that had stayed there. The ice bucket had a brown liquid that I assume was coke or pepsi. The bed covers had burn marks all over them. The shower did not function. The wifi was not functioning. The parking spots are not adequate for for the facility.
