Quality Inn Philadelphia Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

Just a quick overnight to catch a plane and the quality in was great for that. Breakfast included.

Room was ready. No problem checking in. Close to airport. Was just what I needed. Would stay again.

The client is the most important value for any company, and the customer service in hotels is mandatory. The staff in general needs an strong customer service seminar or rules, just one guy in the recepcion was kindly and always a smile. I don´t remember his name but he was right. th restaurant needs to improve other dishes or options, the service in the breakfast was bad needs to take care the guests because the y won´t return back again

It is an OK motel for one night. Not great but not too bad. Very close from the airport.

My room was uncleaned. Poor service no help at all.

Easy to find from airport, clean rooms and good rates.

Nice employees, rooms are in need of renovations which i believe are in process. Reasonable rate and fine for my 1 night stay.

We stayed here during an overnight layover. Called when we arrived at the airport for the shuttle. Was told they would be there in about 10-15 minutes and where pick up would be. 30 minutes later we called back. The gentleman contacted the driver to see where they were and how much longer it would be. He was helpful. The shuttles I was not to find of but check-in was super easy and room was very clean. Asked at check-in who delivers and was only told about the restaurant on site. Upon entering the room, it smelled very clean. An ad on the nightstand gave us someone who delivers(Femi's pizzeria) and they had a lot of options (will rate them also). Overall, very clean comfortable room to stay in. Not fancy and basically priced. Would stay again if in the same situation, but would choose nicer if staying for a longer period of time.

The desk clerk was rude and the room had a Chung smell.

The staff were most helpful - I had booked a room and a week's parking. The gated lot was full because of snow piles, but the receptionist directed me to a lot close to the rooms. Shuttle was very efficient and a short ride from the terminal. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable for a single night's stay. Continental breakfast provided.

Sorry to say, but this is my worse hotel experience in my whole 44 year life. Starts with waiting in Airport more than 55 minutes to get shuttle bus to pick you up. ( hotel is 5 min from terminal) i made 3 calls and every single time the answer was that shuttle will be there within 20 min. Finally i got to the hotel. I booked non smoker room as my i am really allergic to sigaret smoke.. I even called in morning to verify that i will get non smoker room and my late arrival ( 9pm) When i arrived the front desk answer was that they do not have non smoker rooms available any more, and they not responsible to get me anything else. My first thought was that i will go somewere else, but after 10 min calling i realize as the was Lighting Fair International hold in conmvention Center that all hotels in City are fully booked. So i did not have any choise left. That was bad night as room really smells like well cigared smoke house. Moning i found out that all my legs and hands are covered with baits and its look like bed-bugs for me, and its hitching like crazy. MY reccomendation to anyone: try to avoid locations like that and you waking up happy in morning. If possible i will give minus rating on this location.

They have a shuttle that they share with the Econolodge next door. Things were clean. The bedding was basic, and the heater noisy. There isn't really anything nearby, aside from the airport.

I had a cancelled flight and stayed here for one night. The hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport, which is very convenient. The free breakfast was mediocre. Overall, for its price and location, this hotel is good value for one night stay near the airport.

Hair all over the bathroom, the towels, bed, floor as if it wasn't cleaned. Gross!!!

Stayed one night, was a nice hotel for the price. I did have trouble getting on the hotel's Wi-Fi, but the was wired available. Not very much parking if you have a trailer in tow

Front desk person on arrival was hard to understand. Room was right across from office which was extremely brightly lit making it difficult to sleep even w drapes fully closed. Wallpaper falling off all the walls. Pillows lumpiest ever. Bathroom door wouln't close because desk chair in path. Very run down!

Close to airport for early morning flights to the west coast !!

I stayed here a few years ago and it was run down. They did a nice job remodeling the place and it was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. Very close to the airport and the price was very right. Had old-style TV, but otherwise it was fine for short night.

We needed a hotel near the airport after a Phillies game. It was clean, and the free breakfast and shuttle to the airport were great. We woud stay there again.

It was a terrible experience! We ordered a non smoking room and as soon as we arrived at the room, we noticed a terrible smell! As if five minutes ago someone had smoked there. The hotel needs to make lots of improvements such as cleaning the rooms better! It isn't a two stars hotel.
