La Quinta Inn & Suites Philadelphia Airport

Hotel staff was OK, not great. Efficient. Hotel smelled funny. But room was fairly clean and can't beat it for price and location.

Check-in experience very pleasant. Hotel carpet and décor looked very good. seemed to have recently renovated. Room design was very modern. Beds were high, but very comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was decent, but not great. Egg patties very not warm and not tasteful. Sausage patties and packaged grits were very good. Some of the housekeeping staff showed up in breakfast area before the breakfast hours for hotel guests were over, and promptly cleaned out all of the remaining sausage patties. (Thought this was not a good look, especially when one hotel guest came a few minutes later and found no sausage patties left)

I book for 5 people but the bed is only 2 queen bed.... the room is clean.

Friendly. Helpful. Dropped off and got at airport. Scheduling easy

My room was very clean. The hotel location is in an industrial area. Five minutes from the airport though.

Called for Shuttle from Airport, but the message was never communicated to shuttle driver. One of the hotel front desk staff was not particularly guest focused. Price was good. Location was good.

I was torn about this hotel because the room wasn't horrible, but it also wasn't great for the price. The furniture and bed was perfectly fine and clean. The sink, toilet, and shower were clean (for the most part). The hotel needs to update their carpet, which was pretty gross out in the hallways. Also, parts of the bathroom looked like it needed to be updated as well. The front desk staff was very nice. I was disappointed by housekeeping. We left our room around 11 am one day, and there were at least 3 housekeeping carts in our hallway and our room did NOT get cleaned. When we got our room, it didn't seem like the floors were cleaned from the prior tenant. Hotel may suffice if you're just staying a night or two and not spending a lot of time at your hotel. But for a longer experience, I would go elsewhere.

We had a very brief stay during a long layover between flights, but the hotel was conveniently located, the staff was very welcoming, the room was very clean and updated! They also offer breakfast starting at 5am and a shuttle that picks you up right at the door and drops you right at your terminal! Even though the stay was brief I would recommend it and would stay again!

Hotel location good. Complimentary breakfast good except no bananas. Front desk happy to call a taxi for me.

We were only stayed one night here prior to our flight home the next morning. Check in went smoothly, and the airport shuttle was clearly explained (although we didn't use it) as well as breakfast hours. The room was spacious and quiet despite the close location to the elevator. The room was cold when we walked in (57 degrees), but warmed up within 20 minutes or so.The bathroom was always quite cold (the heat for the room was on the opposite side of the suite under the window so there was no way to reach).

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights while visiting family. The room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff as well as the front desk staff, especially Ebony, were attentive to my needs and made the stay very pleasant. The one drawback was that there was no towel rack in the bathroom ! This seems to be a trend in renovated hotels...It makes no sense ! I plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Philly !

Thank you for letting us know how we are doing. I will be sharing your comment with my staff. Sorry that we had no bananas that day we must of ran out. As for the cleanliness of the bathroom I will make sure I bring this to the attention of my housekeeping department. Hope to see you again in the future. Donna Fosco General Manager
