The staff was not very friendly, all carpets need cleaning, already used TP rolls were in bathroom, was dark & dinghy.

For the price that I paid, it really is a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel staff are nice but could use a smile or two.

This hotel was so nice. The staff was great and their complimentary breakfast was the best.

The hotel was okay for a short stay. There was no full length mirror to see yourself after dressing up. The light in the bathroom was not bright enough to put on makeup. It was not a place I would want to stay for more than one night.

Highway 1 was quite noisy...............,..............

No problem at all staff were all accomodating and it seems like the place is always fully booked.

No complains. Breakfast was ok but could be beter. During my stay all areas were clean and staff was allways helpful.

Hallway smelled like Raid, room smelled musty/moldy and had a large mold spit on ceiling over bed. Was changed very quickly and with no problem, but to a room with a broken security latch on door, and no remote control in the room. I've stayed here before with no problems, but hotel is beginning to appear rundown and I would no longer recommend.

I would never stay at this hotel again. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. The bed was very uncomfortable and the hotel is located right next to a loud expressway.

The hotel is right next to Route 1 and the road noise was intolerable all night. Could not sleep with it. Hallways smell like a car freshener. Don't go there for a good night's sleep.

Relatively easy to find for PHL. Clean, good Wi Fi. Close to casino and restaurants. Highway design makes access less than perfect but typical of the area.

Right off the PA turnpike and I wanted a cheap place to crash for the night. Originally from Bucks County and I come up once every 2 weeks from Maryland on business. Laid down, flipped the pillow over and the other side was covered in somebody's blood. Absolutely appalling. Front desk guy said he would bring it to the attention of the manager. I wish I could post pictures.

The staff are always friendly and the rooms are too very comforting stay my only down fall is if your a coffee or tea drinker in the morning the maker is in the bathroom next to the toilet but my overall stay was great

I liked my stay here. It was comfortable, clean, nice staff and breakfast is good. I just wish the walls were sound proof because at times, I couldn't really relax with the noise people were making while playing in the hall. The people above us were noisy also with their children running up and down in the room. If you have a car, it will be easy to get around to visit other places in the area. (Mall, walmart, target, casino, restaurants). If you want to visit the center of Philly, it will be a 32min drive.

The facility is well maintained, and the staff is very helpful and informative. There are lots of selections in the complementary breakfast. The only drawback is this facility is a bit away from Philly downtown.

Location was good for my needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. The motel is under rated.

I really enjoyed the stay. The room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is lacking but the location is near some fantastic places to get a nice breakfast as well as other meals. For being so close to US RTE 1 It is surprisingly quiet. It's a great place to go for an intown get away with the family.

Very nice, clean, comfortable room located off of a busy, main byway. Although close to the road, it was completely quiet in my room, affording peaceful rest. Shopping malls, upscale restaurants all right down the road, and near Parx gambling establishment. Room contained a refrigerator, microwave, internet hookup, flatscreen television with all channels available. Large, clean bathroom with plenty of counter space for your personals, coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board/iron...everything I needed. Available breakfast included waffles, eggs, muffins, bagels...very convenient for early morning risers on the go. Staff very friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

While situated close to Sesame Place we were disappointed that the pool was closed on the 8th of Sept and it was85 degrees...first room smelled bad, second one ok but air conditioner automaticall shuts off in the middle of night..night staff is rude at front desk. I would not stay here for the money Ispent it was not worth the poor customer service I experienced.

We chose this hotel because we were able to get an employee discount but were limited to two rooms and we needed a third room. Out of the hotels we chose this because it had a better rating and the reviews were a bit more recent. I will say that as a group we were relatively satisfied with this hotel except for a few items. Location from Sesame Place wasn't too far, about 10 minutes away, and if you're in need of some items the major stores are just a few minutes away towards Sesame Place. Parking area was a bit dim with only a few light posts in place. I'm always leary of parking in dimly lit areas but I secured our vehicle and had confidence that it would be safe for the night. The room was clean with no musty smell that I could sense although it could have been better circulated. Our heating and cooling unit was not as cold as we would have liked. We had set it to the coldest setting and it wasn't enough for us but the good thing is we brought along a desk fan that we normally would use to circulate the air and for white noise. The other two rooms with our group were much colder so they lucked out I suppose. We had a King size bed but it was too soft for my taste, I prefer a firmer mattress but we were so tired that we slept quickly and heavy enough that it didn't bother us. The great thing for us was the microwave and refrigerator. We have a 13 month baby who's moved onto whole milk and we brought along a half gallon container of milk. We were able to heat up her breakfast and feed her in the room and not the dining area in the lobby. Now onto the items that could use some work. Our biggest issue was the pressure of the toilet or the lack of. I will just say that after one use we had to request for maintenance to unclog it. I was fearful of using the toilet from that point on because we can clearly see how slow the flush was. The next item is that our room wasn't particularly baby-proof. There appeared to be no effort to hide the wires or the outlet. One outlet had a six socket plug in and it was about 2 feet to the right of the drawer stand for the TV, microwave, and refrigerator and out in the open. I had to make sure to keep an eye on our child to make sure it wasn't touched. And one of the lamp's cord was plugged so far from the receptacle that my baby was able to grab the cord and the lamp fell on her but thankfully my child wasn't hurt. And then onto the Continental Breakfast, it was a plus to have but seating was lacking. So many chairs had been borrowed from other tables that they had to bring in more seats from their conference rooms. All in all, the room was nice, clean, and relatively updated. I just didn't care for the heating and cooling in our room nor did I care for the pressure of the toilet. The last thing I want to be worried about is a clogged toilet.
