The apartment is amazingly designed for comfort, convenience and a good energy and vibe once you enter our flat. You'd be surprise how quaint and how much we made out of our space. You have a full size comfortable bed with plush quilts and cozy linens, accompanied by soft pillows for a good nights rest.

We set up a tall table top dining set for two, where you can comfortably work from and have those morning cups of coffee or some quality time sharing a good meal. You also have a separate dining area for dinners and meals.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with all the amenities you need to eat and save on your budget or wow yourself and loved ones with a great made meal. Includes Microwave, all cooking utensils, dishware, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all provided for your comfort and convenience.

We have a nice clean bathroom with a stand up shower and tub, toilet, vanity and mirror.

We have also provided a comfortable sofa bed which can faces the flat screen TV and allows you to binge watch your favorite streaming shows. Reliable wifi, comfortable apartment, and a great location makes this a great choice for your stay.

There is a coin operated community washer and dryer located on the lower level area available 24 hours a day.
We happily accept pets and require a monthly pet fee, your pet must be house trained.

Parking is also available in the area. You have a choice to find a spot and park sometime restrictions exist depending on the time of day but free overnight. Please read all parking signs in the area.

Conveniently located near the Market St, Amtrak 30th St Station, and the SEPTA Patco subway on 30th St. The SEPTA connects you to the PATCO that can take you to NJ. You can also walk to UPENN and CHOP Hospital.
