The proximity to Mountain high is unmatched at this pricepoint.

I’ve machine broke down. In the morning, the water in room completely shut off. Nobody could help. O

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The property definitely needs some work.

The condition of my room was bad. But I've stayed in better rooms before.

Toilet was not working and I got charged 20 out of my deposit for something out of my control.

subpar for the price. TravelLodge hotels , with comparable price, has better amenities

Room could use a good cleaning staff was great I would stay again

They kept calling my room I have a daughter and when she walk it made noise and they told me to tell my kids do not run I was she is not running I was really disappointed never will be staying at that place again

Breakfast and WiFi were advertised. Neither was delivered, nor were warnings prior to check in that breakfast was not being offered or that the WiFi wasn't working.

Since going to see trains. It was a perfect location for that. Just the soaps could be a little bigger

The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. We had an issue with the first room we were put in and they did not hesitate to move us right away. Very pleased with our stay.

I personally enjoyed the stay with my gf, the place is small, but very accommodating and great location for Glen Helen Amphitheater. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty :) Also. was able to check in early, that was a great plus!! Thank you!! PS: You may hear the trains during the evening, or any point of the day-- but honestly, with the A/C as white noise--- it wasnt as loud as I expected to be.

excellent value. great location for PCT hikers. yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

The staff was not all that friendly and definitely not very accommodating. I requested a room on the W side of the building as to watch our trailer, as well as downstairs, but both were quickly denied. I was told it was because they were sold out, but being that we checked in fairly early, I didn't think that should make any difference in switching a room with someone else who had no preference. This is the second time we've stayed there and my requests have never been accommodated. The room cleanliness was questionable. We weren't absolutely certain that the sheets and pillow cases were actually changed so we had brought our own blanket and used that instead. Shouldn't have to do that, but we just couldn't be sure.

Close to family in Wrightwood. A little noisy- close to the I15

We go every year to visit Uncle Joe. Allways at this time of the year. We rented a van this time and took his 3 sisters and another brother with us. Joe and his wife just move to Wrightwood, Calif. and Cajon Pass is the junction to go to Wrightwood. It is just off the freeway, and train tracks, and major intersection. The motel itself was clean, and the people working there were very friendly and courteous. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple, good and warm. I think if the guests are advised when they arrive about the water heaters being on propane and not regular we would have been ok with it. Since we didn't know how they work, we all were saying how we didn't have hot water for showers in the morning, only lukewarm water. We could hear the traffic at night especially the big rigs and the train as they went by. However if you get a room facing the side away from the hiway it is a little quieter. We enjoyed our stay, and we hopefully will be back again next year.

They starting work on freeway after 12 midnight and did not stop until 4 AM very difficult to sleep.
