Awful staff and slow check-in. Not coming back.
The room was not very clean. The day of check out, we went downstairs to eat breakfast and when we came up they had started cleaning our room
We were very pleased with our stay at the Ingleside Hotel. The room was a bit small but we made it work. Peggy at the front desk was kind and most helpful whenever we needed something. My granddaughters had a blast at the water park and enjoyed the pool also. We would stay here again.
The room wasn't clean... the tv didn't work... and Ingleside Hotel is STILL holding $115.00 of my money on my credit card, and it's been nearly a week...

Lots of long winding corridors. This place is chlemging for folks like .e with bad knees.
It would have been nice if breakfast had been included, but there was a nice restaurant on site.
I like that they had the outside area fro weddings. The water slides are nice too even though we did not get that in our package. Love the barn door for the bathroom
