My fiance and I had a great weekend at Best Western. The staff members are so nice but the only problem is one of the staff didnt want to give us pool towels, telling us we had 2 towels during the morning. Yes we went to the pool in the morning. The towels were so wet so we left them by the pool. So in my understanding, she wanted us to keep the wet towels if we r going to the pool in the afternoon. So we got off from the pool, and went to our room dripping water in the hallway,the elevator until we went back in our room

It was nice my daughter enjoyed it and I enjoyed it

It was a great experience, The only problem I had was I requested bath towels since 10:00am I had to call 5 times to get the towels, They finally brought at 2:00pm

Given the surrounding area this hotel is nice. We were given a welcome drink when we checked in and was treated very well. The room was clean my only complaint was the trouble with the air conditioning. It was either freezing or very uncomfortably hot. Smoke from the hallway and pollution from outside always seemed to find itself inside our room. Staff super friendly, would stay here again given the real lack of equal or better options. Never ate here or used any amenities.

This is truly a wonderful facility and a breathtaking view of the city below. I will definitely go back again.

Parking Easy. Checkin/ out easy. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel in Haiti.

Microwave wasn’t working , I called the front desk the next day ,it took three hours to get it replaced. Fridge couldn’t closed properly. As soon as you get off the elevator on the six floor , a terrible smell make me very uncomfortable.

Hotel was well staffed, comfortable, and location was good! All services were well rendered and friendly!

The Hotel almost meet my expectations, however some of the front desk agent was not professional at all. She was very rude and unwelcome. There is a $10.00 fees per night at the time of checking In, of which there is no clear explanation for it and they try to blame the site or agency. They did not provided us a microwave not until the day before we left the hotel and that was late in the afternoon. The bathroom 'toilet' was clean properly. There was stained inside the toilet. The 4th floor wasn't ventilated, hot and ice maker machine didn't work, have to go the 6th floor get ice.

Just came back from Haiti. I stayed at the Best Western Premier in Petion-Ville. The hotel is very nice, the rooms were clean, comfortable, with all amenities. The restaurant offers great food. Every staff member is professional and friendly they do their best to accommodate any request: it was Haitian hospitality at its best. Special kudos to Vallencia (at the Front Desk) and Robert. I will choose this hotel again for my next stay in Haiti.

Enjoyable from the beginning to the end. The room with its balcony offered the most gorgeous view of Haiti mountainous country side. The room servicewas quick, the food delicious. Please try the pumpkin soup and the front desk very attending.

Was staying in Haiti for business, this hotel has everything you need, located in a nice area, close to nice restaurants, a very good shuttle service (paid) but much way better than taking a taxi from the airport. Free transportation around the hotel (if shuttle available), everything was just fine, PAP does not have too many options but I think this is the best.

I have been going to Haiti for the last 10 years. This is the first time I feel like something is changing for the best in that country thanks to the appearance and the know how of the staff at Best Western Premier in Petion Ville, Haiti. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The hotel is great; the service is exemplary. You won't regret staying there. I wonder how long will they be able to maintain the level of service, security, and comfort they are providing. I was in Haiti for 8 days. I stayed at BW for 6 days and I stayed at Oasis for 2. BW was my favorite.
