Great place to stay. We were upgraded on arrival to a suite. Great apartment with all the comforts. Clean. Perfect location near the cappucino strip. Lovely staff. Would definitely stay here again. Great value

Stayed at QS in Freo for a night away. Had a one bedroom suite with balcony, it was clean and well presented. We also paid for a parking space which was very handy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It was very well priced for this area and the location was excellent. We will be back.

Having read some of the reviews about the reception they had on arrival we were a little apprehensive when we arrived mid afternoon on a Friday. Our apprehension, was totally ill founded the manager was wonderful and his female colleague charming with a very friendly attitude, they both could not do enough for us. We were given a wonderfully laid out apartment for two, it was very spacious and spotlessly clean, every thing going well thus far. Knowing the area we went straight out for the afternoon. On the way out we were asked if the room was OK and became engaged conversation with the staff who had greeted us, again what a wonderful help they were to us understanding we new the area, were able to ask if we had visited here or there and discussing our thought on varies establishment. We could not have wished for better, thank both for a wonderful welcome and a brilliant stay. Not leaving until late afternoon on the Saturday we were provided with a facility to keep our bags, before getting the train to Perth. Would I stay again yes, would I recommend this place yes most definitely.

We really didn't enjoy our stay here. There were 5 of us in 3 different rooms. We food our room dusty, the balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long. The outside lounge was full of sand. The water pressure was non existant. It was so bad, I had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink. Our daughter couldn't even wash her hair. WE understand water conservation, BUT if its taking you that long to showers because their is no pressure, then I don't see the point. The car park was RIDICULOUS, we paid a fair it of money for parking and the parking bays were that small, we struggled to get in and out of the car. Granted it was really, really well located. The air con is in the living area, but doesn't reach the bedrooms, so it was hard to sleep as it was hot. We ended up having to open the sliding door onto the balcony, just to try and let some breeze in. Its almost opposite the pub, so you could here all the noise from the 2 pubs. We paid a lot of money and frankly we couldnt wait to leave. Personally I (we) wouldn't recommend this hotel.

What we liked: - Super-convenient place to stay, right in the heart of Fremantle, cafes nearby and within 10 mins walk of the markets and Fremantle Prison - Both the evening male manager and morning female manager were genuinely pro-active, helpful and friendly. The morning manager was very keen on feedback, pro-actively sought it and was serious in taking it on board. - Rooms are not luxurious, but are clean and modern. Bathroom ventilation works well. Love the big kettle and wish all hotels had this size What could be better - Parking - limited on-site parking for $30/night. We found it more economical to park at the cross street for $3/hour (cap of $6)

What a great spot & best service we've encountered in a long time. This little gem is smack bang in the middle of Freo. We practically came out of our suite & straight into the entertainment hub of Freo. We made a last minute trip to Perth, getting in quite earlier than their check in time to find we were very welcome anyway. We can honestly say we can"t wait to come back to you Freo & we would most definitely stay @ Quality Suites again. Great room great value for money. Great meal at Newport. The Hotel is a little dated however from the moment we walked in the Lady @ reception couldn't do enough for us & seems genuinely friendly & helpful with everyone. There doesn't seem to be other staff but it wasn't an issue it seems. Our room was clean fresh & spacious. We were shown how to get in and out, free wifi and shown a little trick with the keycard so we could come home to lights and airconditioning after a night out. They have a washing machine and dryer, you provide $8 they provide washing liquid , even a rack to hang your clothes to dry if you don't want to dry your undies ! Room was serviced every day, cleaning staff and security guy friendly. There seemed to be a lot of people in the hotel all happy & friendly. 10 out 10 from us. See you soon.

Booked online at which was easy. Check in was easy however I left my license in Perth as I wasn’t driving so had no photo ID however lucky my partner had his as this could of proved a real problem even though I could of proved who I was using info from my phone. We choose a balcony unit as we prefer to be outside sometimes we where sternly informed that no smoking was allowed or tolerated on the balcony and if the inside smoke alarm went off we would be charged $250. Being responsible adults and travel every month either locally or overseas this was never going to be a problem for us as we always respect the rules of each establishment. But if you do intend on booking this place and are a smoker maybe rethink your choice. The room was clean and comfortable with great security it had a small kitchenette large TV and a couch in a seperate room. The location was perfect for us being within 100 metres of the restaurant we where meeting friends that evening. We paid the $30 for the overnight parking as it was convenient for us and we had hired a small car so we could easily park in the small allocated spots. The lane behind the hotel was busy with tradies renovating adjacent properties but the rooms are pretty sound proof and we are early risers so this didn’t effect us and understand they have a job to do. Recommend for an overnight stay of visiting freo.

These suites are smack bang in the centre of Fremantle being 20 metres from the Market and South Terrace intersections. Room are clean and comfortable providing all amenities. Pricing is very reasonable considering the location. Our group of 5 could not fault the hotel. The only thing I would ask the hotel to do is change the shower head in room 8. Showering was akin to standing under a dripping tap. Good value great location.

Room is clean with fresh and clean linens and towels. Fairly spacious and well located within town. Good restaurants all around. However, my room was situated next to the street and I could not get any sleep - I could hear the loud banging bass from the nearby nightclub going till the wee hours of the night. Called Reception and they said there was nothing they could do. Back in my home country we call the police for late night noise disturbances but then again this is not my home country. Ear plugs did nothing to help. This totally ruined my plans to do sports in the morning as I was way too exhausted from the lack of sleep. The windows are also not sound proof so I could hear any vehicle drive past on the road, as well as people talking on the street.

Quest apartments Fremantle was an excellent choice for a short 2 night stay in Fremantle. We chose a 1 bedroom superior apartment and it was clean comfortable We enjoyed being our balcony and, by chance, a free fireworks show one evening at the nearby Esplanade Park (a finale to Fremantle's "Blessing of the Fleet"). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Off site parking is a bit of a nuisance and more so when, in our case a big cruise ship + visitors for "Blessing of the Fleet" were in town and there were no car bays left for most of the hotel quests. The alternative parking in Fremantle is operated by Secure Parking and cost us $66 for a 42 hour stay (It would have been even more if we took our car out and returned again!). There is street parking near Quest and overnight rates are attractive, if you don't mind keeping an eye on the time and shifting your car first thing in the morning. I would love to return for another stay in this establishment :-)
