Room is clean with fresh and clean linens and towels. Fairly spacious and well located within town. Good restaurants all around. However, my room was situated next to the street and I could not get any sleep - I could hear the loud banging bass from the nearby nightclub going till the wee hours of the night. Called Reception and they said there was nothing they could do. Back in my home country we call the police for late night noise disturbances but then again this is not my home country. Ear plugs did nothing to help. This totally ruined my plans to do sports in the morning as I was way too exhausted from the lack of sleep. The windows are also not sound proof so I could hear any vehicle drive past on the road, as well as people talking on the street.

Quest apartments Fremantle was an excellent choice for a short 2 night stay in Fremantle. We chose a 1 bedroom superior apartment and it was clean comfortable We enjoyed being our balcony and, by chance, a free fireworks show one evening at the nearby Esplanade Park (a finale to Fremantle's "Blessing of the Fleet"). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Off site parking is a bit of a nuisance and more so when, in our case a big cruise ship + visitors for "Blessing of the Fleet" were in town and there were no car bays left for most of the hotel quests. The alternative parking in Fremantle is operated by Secure Parking and cost us $66 for a 42 hour stay (It would have been even more if we took our car out and returned again!). There is street parking near Quest and overnight rates are attractive, if you don't mind keeping an eye on the time and shifting your car first thing in the morning. I would love to return for another stay in this establishment :-)

I booked room with to be told by the hotel that they were booked out for the room i had selected. to then be advised to cancel to do that and then get told you won't be refunded your money. not happy as this was your error not mine. I then spoke to and they were able to get my money back and advised the hotel if your system breaks down to advise them so they can put a stop on bookings so this doesn't happen in the future. I am not sure if anyone else has had any dramas but not happy with the treatment i was given.

I spent one night in the Quality Suites this week. It is in a prime location allowing the best that Fremantle has to offer at your very doorstep. The Hotel is very clean and while my room was pretty simple and not terribly large it more than suited my needs. Everything worked and the room was very clean. I also found my room to be very quiet. The manager was very helpful and took an interest in his guests. Parking onsite is limited, however it is possible to obtain a discounted all day public parking ticket at reception. My stay was very easy, simple and enjoyable and I have no hesitation in recommending Quality Suites to other travellers.

Choose this hotel for an overnight stay and its location to the Cruise terminal, front desk staff friendly and helpful but noticed it was closed as we went out to find a restaurant at approx 8pm. Rooms were a good size but the mattress could do with an upgrade as we fell towards each other in the middle. It was a short taxi ride to the cruise terminal, the hotel is situated in the centre of town and opposite a lovely coffee club cafe ideal for breakfast.

Great location rooms were clean and comfy, close to the action plenty to see and explore, Marko couldn't do enough to help, anything you needed he would source it or tell you where to find it .Parking onsite was good

Having left the Hilton Sydney which was outrageously expensive for a closet-sized room, moving to the Great Southern in Chinatown in Sydney (a bigger room but not by much--far less expensive), we were thrilled when we walked into our room at the Quality Suites in Freemantle. The room was Large, the bathroom was Large and the price was Small, It's in the heart of town. You can walk just about anywhere. A great place to stay when you're catching a cruise line at the nearby port.

Room was spacious and clean. Very convenient location and is within walking distance to Fremantle market. The staff are very friendly, especially the manager, Marco. We bumped into him while searching for the hotel and he introduced himself as the manager and assisted us with our luggage. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay and are very delighted with the service.

Stayed 4 nights in 1 bedroom suite, comfortable and roomy. The complex is high security, ideally located to Cappuccino Strip with many eateries to choose from, handy to transport and walking distance to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday and check-in for our four night stay was very friendly and efficient. Security on the entry after leaving reception was good, although the tap card was a bit fiddly. We had booked a third floor one-bedroom balcony suite, and after exiting the elevator there was another secure door to a small alcove, and further secure doors to two different suites. Rather unusual I thought. Again, the tap card was a bit fiddly. I had booked this suite many months ago, and somehow, over the intervening period, had wrongly got it into my mind it was an apartment I had arranged. Whoops. The general living area, and the separate bedroom, were similar in size to an average one bedroom hotel/motel unit, but the difference was made up in the quality of the facilities. There was no table and chairs, but there was a very comfortable lounge facing a huge TV, and a generous coffee table, however such an arrangement was a pain to work with on my notebook computer which ended up on my lap to take the strain off my back from bending over the coffee table. While I am on this subject, the wifi was simple to connect to, but on some ordinary websites I was getting security code warnings kicking me out which were very frustrating. I reported this problem to the manager who was arranging to have it investigated. The suite is only equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery for two (obviously), jug, expresso coffee machine and toaster. The décor is modern and relaxing. The queen bed in the reasonably sized bedroom was on the firm side, which I like, and very comfortable. There was a reasonable clothes closet also which did not take up too much room. Oh, and no clock? I found that rather strange as I frequently awake during the night and like to see the time. There was a sliding door between the bedroom and living area which was a bit noisy. The bathroom is off the bedroom, quite spacious and well appointed, except I have a thing about shower areas that do not have a door and permit water to splash on the floor outside the immediate area of the shower. Why? The balcony area was generous and accessible from both the bedroom and living room, furnished with a small settee, two chairs and a coffee table. At the time of our visit we did not get to use the balcony as we experienced cold winds, gale force at times, but from our brief excursions onto the balcony the only views from our balcony were of the roof-tops of the properties adjoining. I would not bother booking a balcony room in future, other factors being equal. From the second day we had rented a car and reserved one of the five only parking spots at the property, for a cost of $30 per night which I considered a bit excessive. The carpark roller door entry is again by the tap card, and the entry path and parking are very tight, hence the small vehicle only requirement. Now, the biggie. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This is right in the heart of the trendy area of Freo, surrounded by restaurants, many being Italian, five minutes’ walk to the railway station, and ten minutes’ walk to B Shed docks for the ferries to Rottnest Island. To summarise, a great spot, and very comfortable. I would happily stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.
