Black Swan Vista East Fremantle

This two bedroom apartment is large enough for two couples or a family. Recently renovated, with a stylish bathroom, new furniture and a fresh lick of paint. The apartment is on the 5th floor with amazing views overlooking the Swan River which is just a short stroll away.

There is complimentary WiFi and a secure parking space for 1 car. The kitchen is well equipped with every facility, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, kettle, toaster, alongside plenty of cutlery and crockery so you everything you will need. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk is supplied.

The dining area has a high table and 4 chairs which is beside the living area furnished with a comfy lounge suite and large TV. Kick back, take a seat at the bar table with a glass of wine next to the wide window overlooking the amazing view.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a comfortable double bed. There is a washing machine available in the bathroom cupboard.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.

Great location

Great location with bars and restaurants and river walk nearby. Just a 20 minute stroll to Fremantle centre. Great views of the river and sea, and sunset. Modern bathroom with washer/dryer was great. Could seriously do with a kitchen upgrade and air conditioning as it got very hot with the all day sun on the windows.
