Reception staff need a LOT of customer service training, it's quite disgusting to hear how one lady in particular interacts with guests - rudely interrupting them, assuming what they need prior to them actually asking a question and acting in an extremely inconsiderate manner in general. Never in my life have I received such abhorrent customer service, I was genuinely shocked.
