With 3 living areas there is plenty of space for the kids or for others to relax and do there own thing, boasting 4 bedrooms 3 up stairs and 1 downstairs with a shower /bath and toilet up stairs and also shower and toilet down stairs, the beach is about 150 mtrs away so when the swell is up you can hear the waves form the master and also the balcony!, with falcon bay a must see spot just down the street! , falcon shopping center is 1 min , this is new to the market
