This is a large two bedroom apartment located on the first floor with lift access. A big balcony, dining area, lounge, two bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Disappointing

Was looking for somewhere to stay that was easy, 2 bedroom, to accommodate a week for State netball. The requirements for the tournament where pool recovery, rest (home cooking) The pool was closed for renovations and when I contacted the owner, they stated that it should had been during the week prior. However signs plastered throughout the complex stated the week we where there. Someone consistently parked in our allocation parking bay, and when I contacted the complex management, they said it wasn’t their issue and to contact the owner. Kate was quick to apologise. I actually feel the complex management was a great let down to Kate. The apartment was covered in an inch of dust. The bathroom was tiny, hard to have 2 adults and a 6ft athlete get ready everyday. Especially as there where no other mirrors in the apartment. Sparse crockery, making it hard to actually cook a meal. And providing a dish cloth and rack to wash/dry them, would give an extra star. The laundry was great, but could do with a fan and maybe a clothes horse to dry items unable to be tumbled dried. Plus maybe installing a bathroom fan, would help with the flaking ceiling paint, that dropped on us, as we showered and the moisture/mould in the main bedroom windows, that where permanently bolted closed. However the icing on the cake was the homeless shelter and the drunks shouting from it at 1am every night. We ended up leaving 3 days early.

Nicely appointed accommodation in the heart of East Perth. Thorough check in instructions and communication prior to arrival (thanks Kate), very nice apartment right near the Red CAT bus stop to the Hay and Murray Street shopping malls. Would recommend and would stay again 😊

Great apartment

This was a great apartment that was lovely and clean. Communication with the owner was never a problem. Apartment was well presented. Parking was great and the location is easy to get to yet far enough away from the noise of the city to make the stay comfortable. Thanks Delma for your assistance.

Noisy, from street noise through banging doors, thin walls( can hear neighbours urinate) banging water pipes, toilet flushes and street screams from drunks. First floor, avoid avoid avoid. Stay elsewhere. Urine stained matress in main room. No dishwasher. No sharp knives. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
