Atholl Palace Hotel

Atholl Palace Hotel

Wonderful Christmas holiday at the Atholl Palace Hotel. Everything was to an incredibly high standard. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Food and service impeccable. Booked in for a Spa with Alison, highly recommend the lavender lullaby, full body treatment. Absolute bliss. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room were also wonderful to utilise. The hotel also boasts its own museum, recounting the history.

Red Brolly Inn

Good value

This is well-maintained, immaculate, right on the road but very quiet. What's not to love?

Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa

Lovely setting on the loch

The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The hotel was full and we had to book a woodland room. Although the woodland rooms the design of the space was good and furnishings almost new, they were very small and faced the parking lot so you had to keep the blinds closed at all times. The spa was lovely as was the indoor pool. We were offered an upgrade due to a cancellation of a castle suite but were already ensconced in our room and declined as we were not impressed with the furnishings of the room and there was no view to the loch, and the carpet was loose and wavy from use. The rooms were not five star but four star based upon our experience in Scotland. The staff was friendly and very helpful, particularly the concierge.
