Positives- Lovely staff, We enjoyed dinner and breakfast, Backstage have some fantastic bands to go and see. The place itself is a lovely building which really needs a good bit of TLC and upgrading.
Breakfast was good. Ate dinner in restaurant 1 night and food was delicious. Staff is personable and helpful. Building and facilities are in poor condition. Mattress and pillows were old and not very comfortable. We stayed at hotel because family lives in Kinross. Would not stay there otherwise. Hotel is expensive considering what they provide.
