Bad!!!!! it looked nice from the outside but when we went to are room it smelled bad. the heater was falling off the wall. the floor had big nasty stains all over the place. will never stay at this days inn again
This was my third stay at this particular location. I only stay overnight so I don't expect for a 4 star room, however on this last visit, this room was barely a one star. The comforter, towels, and bath tub was dirty. I did inform front desk but I was told I had to leave my room and come get new items. I want displeased with that rule but like I stated I just had to through the night 😒
stopped here on our way from Kansas City to Memphis - VERY satisfied. For the money, excellent choice. Good access to I-55; bed was great. Would stay again as we travel thru.
They took 25 off of my credit card. Stated I stole a pillow which I DID NOT. When i called the days inn and asked how was he sure I TOOK the pillow. The guy on the phone said to TAKE HIM TO COURT. Guessing this is something they do to all tourist.. NEVER AGAIN!!! Ever!!!!
My biggest complaint was that we were on the second floor with no elevator. But, I will be staying there again the next time I go to Perryville.
Very happy with the room furnishings, comfort of bed and linens. The plumbing was not working well in the room I stayed in however. Continental breakfast was lacking.
The side door was broken so anyone and everyone had access to the building very unsafe environment
This Days Inn was OK; there were both good and bad points resulting in a rather average hotel stay. Negative: 1. The outside hotel doors have an old security system that no longer works, but makes the door squeek. Our room door and bathroom door also squeaked. I asked for WD40 and fixed it myself since the repair guy was out for the evening. 2. The toilets are the kind that you have to hold down the handle a long time before it builds up enough whirl to do the job. 3. Our sink was stopped up, but they gave us another room that was fine. 4. The managers family yell for him down the hall in the middle of the morning, so if you sleep late... Positive: 1. It was quiet. 2. It was very convenient to the interstate. 3. The beds were quite comfortable. 4. The We could park right in front of our lower floor room. 5. The manager was quite knowledgeable about the area, even telling me about an interesting hiking trail.
Air conditioner kept freezing up. So did not sleep well. Had to watch your step entering and exiting the room due to a metal piece that would pop out of floor which was a safety hazard. Pool was not ready, and never said other wise on web site. Evening attendant was rude. Breakfast did not accommodate for the lactose intolerant. Cold Biscuits Will not stay here again. I will pay the extra to stay elsewhere
My room was a king size non smoking. I was very impressed that it truly did not smell like cigarette smoke. It was on the first floor of the second building, across from the pool. This hotel is close enough to the freeway for easy access but far enough away, not to be disturbed by the sound of traffic. Across the street is a Walmart which is close enough to walk if you desire. The complex consists of several brick buildings that are well maintained. The grounds around the complex are well maintained as well. The previous night I had stayed at a lodge in Grafton, Ill which was 200% more then what I paid at the Days Inn. I was pleasantly surprised when I had walked into my Days Inn room. The large King Size bed was truly a King Size bed. The comforter they had on the bed was beautiful. The Sheets were soft and smelled very fresh. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was the best nights sleep I had that weekend! There was a coffee machine that actually worked, along with a small refrigerator which smelled clean. There was a full length mirror on the wall and a large flat screen TV. I loved the two accent chairs with foot stools! OMG I was in heaven. There was a desk with plenty of light and a very comfortable office leather like chair. OMG they had WiFi that actually connected you to the internet! It was amazing! There was plenty of hot water for both a shower and a bath. Another amazing joy that I did not have at the very expensive room the night before! My room was filled with the creature comforts a weary traveler seeks while away from home. The only items I would add would be some conditioner for hair, and a better selection of soaps. And perhaps a tea pot for those of us who prefer tea to coffee. The only thing that was missing was a beautiful view. My view was of the parking lot and the other brick building. I woke in the morning with the reminder that breakfast came with the room. Its a simple continental breakfast and the coffee was horrible, but the gesture was very lovely. I am grateful. If I ever find myself in that part of the world again, I will return. Thank you for the best night sleep of that weekend!
