Nasty room. Door didn't work half the time locked out several times .. key never worked ... old food left under beds that I found

Had to change rooms because of dirty bed linens. Facilities need renovating to earn more than two stars. Breakfast was decent, the help was very friendly

I've stayed here before a few years ago so I thought I would go back. Bad idea. Check in was slow but then it goes down hill from there. We traveled over 8 hours and I was very tired so where do we start? Tv looks to be a 17-20 inch flat screen, too funny. Breakfast is a joke, ate the grits and had a yogurt, the rest was undesirable. I left and returned to find my keys didn't work, I was on 2nd level, no elevator so had to walk from one end to the other downstairs to find no one at desk for 20 mins or more. Walked to sister hotel next door, was told they'll call owner so walk back. Frustrated by now and it's about 100 degrees, waited for owner, got keypass straight and had walk this Oz walk back upstairs. Ice machine ran out of ice on 2nd floor and to take stairs down to 1st floor. Hotel is less to be desirable; NEVER AGAIN!. No apologies from owners on my inconvenience, instead they began speaking in their language to each other.

I checked in and was told there was no ground floor rooms. Numerous ground floor rooms looked available but they moved us to the days in for the same price that was owned by the same owners. Our room was cleaned once the sheets were never washed in a five night stay and every day we had to beg for even two towels. It was ten dollars extra each night per dog too.

I just stayed there one night on my way traveling. I mainly just slept and showered there.

Stopped for the night. The room was nice but if you're expecting a decent breakfast, it left a lot to be desired.

It's more of a motel than hotel with worn out furnishings. They advertise free wifi but don't tell you it's impossible to get a signal unless you're close to the office. I'm not a foodie so I'm usually ok with most buffets, this however was pretty bad. Muffins and such were stale, bacon was more like salted pork, eggs were cold and watery, etc. the worst part of the stay was the lack of customer service. Everything was met with I don't know. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I PUT MY JUDGES UP FROM THE DOG SHOW AND THEY ALL SAID THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND THEY ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST. WILL USE THEM AGAIN

Kudos to staff. Room was very clean and nice, Great location.

The room was clean, bed comfortable.. Tile in the bathroom, looked like a war zone. Breakfast was wonderful. Wi-FI impossible to connect. Staff at front desk was less than helpful with that issue.. We would probably not stay again, because wi-fi was not available(working).. and there are lots of other hotels in the area that we are now aware of. Wi fi was important to both my daughter and I, and not having it working, was an issue..

This hotel needs updated. It was ok for tired overnight travelers. But that was it.

Arrived to find that the reservation was for the wrong bed configuration. The staff person was very cordial and immediately corrected it. The room was clean, however, since we had a small dog with us, we were required to stay in a room that was Pet Friendly. The floor was stained and a small odor was detectable. I understand perhaps why they require pet owners to stay in certain rooms, but not all pet owners allow their pets to soil the room. The highlight was the free breakfast in the morning. Served until 10:00 for those of us who don't get up early. Also, included an assortment of eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruit, etc. VERY fresh and good

Had problem with room and staff moved us to new room without a fuss. Location was convenuient to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was very comfortable--and pet friendly (there was plenty of room for our dog's bed near ours, so she was comfortable, too!) Fine little breakfast in the morning, too.

Ramada Perry Georgia good location, good value. a great place for family to stay who want to explore area.

Upon check-in, I had noticed (without wearing my glasses)a long thick black hair about 18 inches long stretched out on the tiles between the shower head and the hot/cold faucet controls. I had called the front desk and explained the problem and requested for my bathroom/shower to be cleaned. I had left the room for the day and returned later that evening. The disgusting/gross thick black hair was still there! I had to go to the front desk and ask fir a second time to clean the shower tiles. I can only imagine about the filth that may be there that is not noticeable by the human eye!

Because we have a pet, it is very limited when it comes to hotel stay. This hotel was not fancy but clean.

i stay here often but now it is Ramada and there is a huge sign on the east side of I-75 showing a $59.99 room rate for seniors......I am 59....i paid 69.99 plus taxes and such for 80.03.....

Dated facility with updated furnishings! This was our third stay; so we knew what to expect: friendly staff at the front desk and a clean room.

The hotel was ok...expected more from a Holiday Inn. It met ours needs at the time.
