The beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, hydrangeas and lily plants is located in a quiet residential area of the popular seaside resort above the bay of Perros-Guirec. The spacious south-facing terrace allows you to relax outside after swimming and long beach walks and enjoy pleasant. The tasteful furnishings provide excellent living comfort, so that you can enjoy a successful Breton holiday here at any time of the year. The well-known writer Bannalec has published his sixth novel here and describes in bright colors the enchanting stretch of coast where Commissioner Dupin is Perros-Guirec impresses with its various white sandy beaches, a wide range of leisure activities, numerous water sports, a marina and a wellness center, as well as beautiful boutiques, crêperies and restaurants offering delicious regional specialities. Activities nearby: The well-known seaside resort has a lot to offer in all seasons. Water sports and hiking in summer, wellness and culture out of season. The impressive field formations of Ploumanac are just a few kilometers from Perros.
