Architect-designed house for 2 to 6 people facing the Chapelle de la Clarté

South-facing, the house is situated in front of the Chapel of the Clarity of the 15th century. Close to beaches and the coastal path with great classified site clusters of pink granite, you'll be seduced by the charm of this small district in the Perros. Market every Sunday in front of the house, 50 m du Tertre which is one of the most beautiful views of the city. On the place of the chapel bakery and bistro with the press and the terrace or the day finds a sweet mix of locals and some regular tourists.
The area was and remains the place favor early 20th artist is the poets and painters who loved navigate.
To park no problem instead is not lacking.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Sehr schöne Lage. Das Bett war extrem unbequem und der Bettbezug war kleiner als die Bettdecke. Etwas lieblos. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist muffig. Das Türschloss sollte mal überholt werden. Die Terrasse ist dafür super schön und auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok.

Très bel appartement terrasse fleurie avec vue sur l'église. Les propriétaires gâtent les visiteurs par des livres et œuvres d'art et par une décoration comme une proposition esthétique réussie. La beauté de la côte de granit rose couronne le tout.

Très bonne expérience

Très bon accueil. Très bonne réactivité lors d’un petit incident qui a été réglé immédiatement. La maison est idéalement située en retrait de l’agitation du bord de mer et du centre ville. Calme absolu. La nuit le sommeil est ainsi garanti. Pièce de vie très spacieuse et jolie terrasse joliment arborée.
