Excellente semaine

Nous etions venu à trois couples avec trois enfants en bas âge, Rien à redire sur la maison, parfaitement équipé après réflexion nous n'avons manqué de rien, ( petit plus sur les climatisations dans chaques pièces très utile pour la sieste des enfants ) les propriétaires qui sont juste à côté sont à notre entière disposition si besoin. Compliqué de faire mieux, au calme total, tout en étant à cinq minutes du centre de Perpignan. Beaucoup de belles plages aux environs, et d'activités à faire, Je recommande vivement, Merci encore

Lovely property, great facilities, could do with better wifi

This property is very lovely. The pool is good as is the kitchen. All is very clean. Eating outside on the patios is a pleasure. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are 2 shower rooms. The nearest village is 4.5km away so it's not ideal If you want to walk to the local baker :) That said the peace and quiet is a pleasant change for city dwellers. Perpignan is a 10 minute drive away. The only downside was the lack of a good wifi signal. We had to constantly turn off and on so one of us could connect. Remember to bring some basics such as a few washing/dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper as none are provided. We loved the countryside outside Perpignan, getting to Girona, Andorra, the Dali museum are all great day trips. Gorge walking and swimming is also a lovely way to spend a day.

Une idylle dans le sud de la France

Nous sommes venus à Perpignan en famille avec deux enfants (5 et 3 ans) et nous nous sommes sentis plus que bien dans la maison de la famille Sanchez. La résidence est très spacieuse et offre un confort haut de gamme - on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. La répartition des chambres, le terrain, la piscine, l'état et la propreté, tout est tout simplement merveilleux. Et les hôtes sont également très aimables et prévenants. Nous remercions encore une fois Méri & Gérard du fond du cœur et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

N’hésitez pas… villa tout confort!

La villa est complète et très propre, très confortable, ce sont 3 belles et grandes chambres avec leurs propres climatiseurs très performants, il ne manque rien pour passer d’agréables vacances, la piscine est top ! Nous avons appréciés le contact facile avec Mr et Mme Sanchez, les propriétaires qui ne sont pas du tout envahissants, ils répondent directement à nos demandes, et ont mis gentiment un parasol à notre disposition pour aller à la mer. La ville ou la plage sont à proximité et facile d’accès, soit tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour. Donc n’hésitez pas et réserver sans aucune appréhension, tout comme nous vous serez enchantés !

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist super schön und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind etwas klein, dafür waren die Matratzen super. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Toute la famille est enchantée de la semaine passée dans cette villa qui réunit tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances ! Super Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war komplett eingerichtet (auch Küche) und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist riesig und ausschließlich für Gäste der Ferienwohnung. Durch den Zaun ebenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet. Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Im Voraus bekommt man bereits Informationen zugesendet und bei Fragen wird innerhalb von wenigen Minuten geantwortet. Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub und würden es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes Haus

Ein toller ruhiger Urlaub in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Es hat uns nichts fehlt. Geschirr ist mehr vorhanden als man benutzen kann. Auch sind sehr viele Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern war hervorragend. Der Pool ist riesig und der Grill war sehr gut zu nutzen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können den Urlaub bei Merie und Gerard sehr empfehlen.

des bonnes vacances!

les propriétaires de la maison sont trés sympathiques! la maison en soi est bien équipée, propre, bien agencée. super piscine, barbecue, terrain de pétanque! notre seul regret est l emplacement car il fallait prendre la voiture tout le temps et on aurait aimé pouvoir se balader à pied dans des jolis endroits sans forcément prendre la voiture. mais à part ça, location super et qui vaut le coup!! je recommande.

Vacances parfaites - trois semaines superbes!

Une location de qualite bien agreable, propre et fonctinelle. Nous avons aussi apprecie la belle piscine avec nos petits enfants et les promenades dans la pinede. Troisième année consécutive et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits de la location et de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont de plus attentifs aux remarques permettant d'améliorer encore plus le séjour (ex : 2ème télé pour les enfants). Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille dans une propriété cossue et aménagée avec goût . Très belles prestations pour un séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines, apprécié tant par les adultes que les enfants pour qui la piscine chauffée était un vrai plus. La (très) grande pinède apporte la nature sans avoir à sortir de la propriété. Les commerces sont toutefois proches (moins de 5mn en voiture pour St Estève) Le boulodrome assure de bons moments de convivialité. Enfin l'intérieur de la maison est parfait : très bon état, propreté impeccable, climatisation même dans les chambres, l'ensemble est fonctionnel et aménagé avec bon goût et modernité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir d'autant que les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et réactifs en cas de besoin. Une destination fortement recommandée !
