Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful development, this beautiful house offers a peaceful living environment while being just a stone's throw from the town center. You'll enjoy the immediate proximity of local shops as well as the local market, which takes place weekly in the square directly opposite the house.
The property spans 165 m² of living space and consists of four bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for cooking enthusiasts, and a spacious open-plan living area. This bright space seamlessly extends into a sun-drenched veranda, which opens onto the garden, creating a beautiful continuity between the interior and exterior.
A real highlight of this house is its charming studio, small but perfectly laid out, offering a double bedroom, a shower room, a toilet, and a completely separate entrance.
Outside, you'll discover a large wooded plot of 1,400 m², a magnificent swimming pool with a heated outdoor shower, and everything you need to relax and enjoy the Provençal way of life. For the safety of little ones, the pool is equipped with a fence.
This house is a true haven of peace, combining comfort, space, and practicality in a privileged environment where peace and quiet are the order of the day.
Outside, enjoy the swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September
