Felt safe

This property is not kept up. Area doesn't feel safe. Waited 30 minutes to check in. Rooms didnt feel clean and they were not comfortable. Does not feel welcoming.

Its quiet and clean but expensive

Staff on the phone was rude, they didn't introduce themselves or say thank you for calling such and such, just ask for your name right away. I had called around 7pm to just let them know I would be arriving around 9pm. Had to wait on hold for 5 minutes just to let them know. They said it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at 8:30pm, the front desk was closed with a metal roll up security door. I used to lobby phone to call for assistance and got the same rude answer with the "first and last name" response. Put on hold and then was told someone would be coming by in a little to check me in. 10 to 15 minutes later a girl walks in with her boyfriend. He walks down the hall and she goes behind the desk to check me in. Checkout was just as strange. Checked out around 10:30am, again, closed front desk. I slid my keys under the metal door and left. Parking lot have quite of few odd characters hanging both days, wouldnt stay again.

No One at the ft desk to check out. We called on the phone, no answer. Several people in lobby waiting for the ft desk person. we waited for them to show up and just left finally.

It was great. The manager was very accommodating and made sure that I had everything I needed.

We checked in and left a few hours later after we took a shower and found our towels covered with bedbugs. We then pulled the covers back on the bed and found them crawling all over the bed. The front desk was not shocked in the least when we told them and demanded a refund.

I chose this hotel due to its location and room rates. I had to book a hotel with only a few days notice, so I was happy with the rate and general quality of the room. I would stay again if I was in the area in the future.

Even though I had made a non-smoking room reservation on Orbitz, the hotel assigned me a smoking room. A terrible, nasty-smelling room. You would wretch when you step off the elevator onto the 4th floor, the smoking floor, and then you would wretch again when you step from the hallway into the room where all the smoking happens. This place is disgusting. Orbitz, you owe me a refund for brokering a hotel reservation where the hotel can simply renege on the terms of the reservation. Please note that I called into customer service to have them confirm the non-smoking room reservation. If I had had any extra time, at all, I would have changed hotels. I depended on Orbitz to find me a clean, safe place to stay during a work trip to MLB spring training and you let me down. Given the unreliability of this reservation and the level of service, I will not continue to use Orbitz for my travel reservations.

Nice & generally quiet. Close to where I needed to be.

I liked the hotel & accommodations but had some noisy neighbors. The walls are thin (heard fighting one night & snoring the other) closing doors are noisy. Liked the full kitchen but no cups, plates or forks, knives & spoons. If I returned at least I would know to bring a mug for coffee & forks, knives & spoons.

Good location with easy access to freeway. Nice full size refrigerator and microwave in room. Quiet and good value.
