The beds were hard as plain plywood. The day we checked in, i asked about leaving early, i was told i would get no refund. I turned the heat on and rje smoke alarm went off. The steps had broken pieces that had chucks falling out. The pool was unavailable not because of all the rain but, they had just treated it and also said the heating wasn't working properly. Breakfast Sunday morning, we arrived at 940am. Breakfast was until 10am. We had to ask for someone to fill all the empty bins including the waffle mix, it took the lady 15 minutes to fill stufd. We were nor the only people waiting. As soon as 10am hit, all the food was being put away, which would have been fine, but no one was asked if they wanted more before the staff started. We were made to feel as if we were in their way. The breakfast area doors were closed at 10am with us and another family still eating. The dryer was not available, we would have 2 use the main hotel dryer. My husband went to one of the staff cleaning rooms to exchange dirty towels for clean, she acted like it bothered her and we were interrupting her day. I am not staying here again. This is the most horrible hotel i have ever stayed at. I deserve a full refund. Plus a few nights stay at a different hotel og my choice paid in full. The wifi was so full Saturday night my son couldn't use his tablet. My daughter, husband, and I all had to use our data as well, since we couldn't stay connected to wifi. Also the rolling desk chair arm was broken

It's an alright place besides young people partying every other night. Been here 2 weeks and I've got just a hand full nights of sleep because of the partying & drinking. The rooms are really small and could use update. Some of housekeeping is really friendly and nice. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer. The carpet could also use a good cleaning too! It's not a place for family and maybe could use some security but it's good the parking lot is lit up and it's close to the mall.

Hotel is fine. Just a bit dated. But staff was great and great price

I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay at Baymont Inn & Suites. The breakfast was very filling (scrambled eggs, bisquits and gravy, sausage patties, even a waffle press to make your own waffles). The outdoor pool was heated and guests loved swimming in it, even at night. As a disabled veteran with balance issues, I requested a change of floors, and the management and staff had no problems accomodating me. Greg and Christina, especially, have excellent customer service skills. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again whenever I'm in Peoria!

Could not get in the door to the room. Had to go to the front desk 3 or 4 times. Lady at the desk had to try to pick the lock. After waiting 10 minutes for her to not get it unlocked, she finally offered us a different room.

Enjoyed the 2 rooms as one. Good idea. Had two bathrooms which was great. Comfortable beds.

For some reason, even with GPS, this hotel was extremely difficult to reach, which finally resulted in having to call them for directions. After finally getting there, now much after midnight, the room heater did not work. My husband got very cold. The breakfast was typical, mediocre continental breakfast and as usual, nothing really for the gluten-free, dairy-free person.

Yes, it was fine. I chose it as I had been there before.

Great location and price. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Peoria. I have had the same room two years in a row. The hotel needs to update their cable system.

The guest services was friendly, the hot breakfast was very good, the pool was clean although I did not swim. The late check out at Noon came in handy after a night of going to a concert.

Hotel was ok but not something I would stay at again.

When I got up to my room, the door was ajar. I still went in and found the bed turned down with the pillows piled in the middle of it without pillow cases. I have no idea if someone had just been it it cleaning or whatever. It was late and I just wanted to go to bed. I called down to the front desk and the woman who checked me in was able to get me immediately switched over the the room next door and even brought me up my new keys. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the place could really use some work and better coordination on getting available rooms cleaned would be great

This was a great value for the money. I would stay again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. A little tricky to locate. Behind a mall with lots of restaurants to choose from. 15 minutes from downtown Peoria. Rooms are ok plus you have ref and microwave. TV is not HD. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Nice hot breakfast. Nothing fancy, just a simple place to sleep and bathe.

No issues, clean and friendly. Great breakfast, staff was always available.

I attended a class in the area and found the accommodations to be good

Good room, good location.. decently prized Corridors were slightly smelly............

Would have liked to have known that they offer shuttle service to Peoria airport

Needed a room for 5 people and the 4 double beds filled the bill. Beds comfy, but as with so many hotels it was difficult to set the heat to the right temperature. Would stay again under similar circumstances. Tricky to find entrance since had to go through mall parking lot.

Nice place for a night or two. Plain, simple, and inexpensive.
