Welcome to The Dune House! This single family home is located in a quiet Sun and Sand neighborhood just minutes from Galvez Landing Boat Launch, Innerarity Point Park, Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore. This dog friendly coastal home has everything you will need for your next beach vacation. Sit out on the back patio and enjoy nature. The backyard is fenced in, which allows privacy and room for your pet to play. The patio is partially covered, offering plenty of shade and seating options. There is a dining table where you can enjoy al fresco morning coffee, afternoon snacks or evening happy hour and dinner. A short 2 minute drive from the house you will find Innerarity Point Park with a community park, with playground equipment, and walkway down to the Intercoastal Waterway, where you can enjoy watching the boats sail down the canal!

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you enter the home, you will be delighted with the chic décor and coastal vibe. The open living area features a modern kitchen with appliances and cooking essentials to make delicious meals during your stay. In the living room there is a large screen smart tv, and comfortable seating. There is a dining table for meals or your favorite family game.

When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or exploring Perdido Key, downtown Pensacola or nearby Orange Beach, the home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. The second floor offer the primary bedroom and includes a king size bed with comfortable bedding, large flat screen smart tv, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, jetted tub, double vanity and make-up vanity. There is also a large walk-in closet. On the second floor there is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, flat screen smart tv, en-suite bathroom and closet. The en-suite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk in shower. The third guest bedroom is located on the first level of the home. It has a queen bed, and twin bunk beds, all with comfortable bedding. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on the second floor available for you to use during your stay.
