Extended Stay America Pensacola - University Mall

The service was horrible, the rooms were not that clean, and one of the residents there burned some food up in a crockpot and it smelled horrible. The room wasn't stocked with enough amenities. We had to wait a long time on the front desk clerk just to get what we needed. Breakfast was a granola bar, bad coffee, bad fruit, oatmeal (had to put in a cup). It was not the standard that I was hoping for.

Its definitely not a hotel to take a decent woman to, kind of run down byt decent amenities

This hotel is close to the highway, University Mall and several restaurants. We were visiting family and this gave us the space we needed and still be close to everyone else.

Good location, clean rooms and nice staff Breakfast ok

First they gave me a room that was already occupied. No wifi available and no expected restoration; no ice machines; room smelled like smoke; staff along with residents stood outside entrance to smoke. You had to walk through the smoke to get to the room. Left after 1 night.

Staff was pleasant , very helpful. The grab and go breakfast was more then we expected!

We only stayed one night but we didn't have any problems. 15 minuets from the beach. A few places to eat right across the street. I would stay there again.

Stayed while visiting my Marine on leave, was perfect for the time spent, could have been cleaner and given more amenities. Quiet and safe though!

Rooms a little dated and had an odd odor. Continental breakfast was sparsely stocked.

I notified the front office staff that the carpet in our unit was very dirty in multiple spots. What looked to be blood in a corner and the entire walking area of the carpet was just plain dirty. The response I received was that the hotel was in the process of putting down new carpet and had not gotten to the room we were booked in. Two elderly, mobile impaired women (myself and my aunt) were not offered another room during our stay. Guaranteed that I would never choose this location/brand again!

The hotel was awful and noisy. I got very little sleep.

The experience was an awful one. We were put in a room next to the laundry and snack area. It was loud and we got very little sleep

The hotel was central to many activities we wanted to visit and the price was okay, but not extraordinarily cheap. No room service for 7 days, which was a bummer, but towels would be provided if we take them to the office desk, Hotel staff was friendly. When the 3rd party booking made a mistake in the billing, hotel staff tried to work with us and the booking party to rectify the problem.

Nothing fancy but quiet and clean and located about 2 miles from the airport. Fast, friendly check in. i would stay here again. Good price.

We were visint our family and shopping for our famlilies wedding atire for our our wedding. When we arrived half of the parking lot was closed. Due to this I had to park next to a boat and a bunch of other cars. Cars weren't even even in spaces. There was not enough room for everyone to get their cars out and I was fearfull I would get blocked in for the next day or even vet my car side swooped by the boat that was less than 3 feet from the side of my car. The room wasn't bad. We had the signature queen. Not what I was expecting for signature. The room smelled like mold and mildew and the bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Overall....I will not recommend this place nor stay there again. They knew parking was going to be limited but they did not adjust the amount of available rooms they could accomedate parking for. A formal complaint wil be submitted. The hotel did not say anything except. "You can leave if you want" but our room was already paid for and traveling on a budget did not allow for another room to be purhased at another location.

Receptionist claimed I had reserved a smoking room, which was not true. Stayed in 'signature' room on first floor, which was barely passable. Hardly slept at all. Other people staying there were in the parking lot fighting and yelling for hours, and running up and down the stairs. Hotel staff did nothing about the situation. Would not stay here again.

No hairdryer, no breakfast at all. No computer room to use...NOTHING but the TV with a few channels and mostly Sports at that

Found three maintenance items upon check-in. They were resolved immediately and satisfactorily. Room comfortable; staff polite and prompt in fulfilling their promises. ESA will now be the first accommodation I search for in future.

I just slept there

it was ok, not fancy but it wasn't bad, perfect for what i need it, just a place to sleep, and it had a kitchen wich i think it was great!
