Very good esperence no expense and 15 minutes to the beach.

Got this last minute on the road for $85. It's location is great. Parking for our moving truck and trailer. It was really busy when we got there, surprisingly at 11 pm. The front desk gentlemen checked us in quickly. We took the elevator to the second floor. First and last time I used it. It had broken tiles all in it, and went slower than molassas. Took the stairwell, but it was dingy and littered with trash and food on the ground. Inside the room it was tidy, but it used to be a smoking room. There is cigarette burns in everything. There was vomit all in the shower, I cleaned it for them. All the towels had stains on them, like black stains. It was quiet overnight. The next morning the continental breakfast was as basic as it gets, I went to Hardee's across the street so I didn't have to use powdered creamer. When I went to check out the same gentleman was there and on the phone. The housekeepeer looked at me and said "what room you in?" I politely told her, then she highlighted something on a paper and went back to igoring me like when I first walked up there. I have no clue how this got 2 stars, or how they can charge over $50.

Looked OK from outside but inside was terribly outdated and needed a major remodel. Bathroom had some cleaning issues. Only stayed one night and only in room to sleep and shower but would not stay in again.

Hotel is recently renovated, so looks comparatively clean. But it looks like cheap hotel. Breakfast is minimally OK, Internet surprisingly good. May various restaurants nearby. Very close to I-10, but you will not hear it's noise.

Let us start off my staying we aren't sure what hotel this is - there were signed and logos for two different chains (Econo and Microtel).... We could have stayed in a cheaper motel but opted for a single room with double beds to spend more family time. What we got was an ant infestation, no cold water, and a staff that cursed in front of customers. I would not recommend this hotel, there are others out there for similar rates that don't have all these problems. Basically we needed a place to crash for the night and expected nothing special...when we asked the hotel staff to fix the issues nothing was done. In fact, the staff frequently used inappropriate language while guests were standing right in front of them. Here were our main issues: There was no cold water in the bathroom (the fixture was broken)...can you imagine trying to brush your teeth with steaming hot water? There were ants everywhere. Bugs are bad enough but waking up to things moving around on your comb, clothes and shoes was certainly no fun. Horrible breakfast. We get that a free breakfast isn't supposed to be lavish...but there was simply nothing there. No fruits, no pastries, stale cereal, and coffee that was full of grinds. Lastly - the upsides: We got what we reserved, while it took some time to get the room ready, there were no hiccups in the reservation. There was a good wifi connection nearly everywhere. There was enough parking and the location was very convenient. Right across the street was a pair of fast food and gas stations. It was also very close to the freeway entrance! Hope this helps, and we hope the management will make some changes for the better too!

passed a woman on out way in that was checking out beacuse they found hair in their bed. our room was clean...but nothing special. the slidebold on the door was broken off, and one of the rooms we passed had no door knob. place looks cute on the outdide, worn and dirty on the inside.

Room was very clean. The staff was helpful. Lots of shopping near by and plenty of resteraunts to chose from. Great for one night. Comfortable. Clean. Just needs new batteries in television remote!

remote didn't work on tv and staff couldn't fix it. there was water dripping from the ceiling that I put the ice bucket under; staff didn't empty it and let it drip for two days; didn't replace paper cups so I had none for two days....won't stay there again

I cannot believe how beautiful is this place. price is cheap but service is beautiful

Staff was very friendly. Our first room had not been cleaned. Had no problem getting another room. The laundry staff gave us fresh towels right out of the dryer. Found out a storm had come through that morning and knocked out power so they were running behind. The room air conditioner wasn't very cold but kept the room cool enough to sleep. The breakfast was ok just not a lot of variety.

Roaches in the room and VERY dirty bathroom. VERY BAD!

The staff was very nice and the room smelled good. The food was not the best, but the price matched the food quality. Over-all, we would stay there again!!

This hotel is just off the interstate and close to many tourist locations. We were in Pensacola to drop our daughter off at Pensacola Christian College. Very centrally located. The room was a good value. The only drawback we found was no coin operated laundry facilities. (But the neighboring hotel has an agreement for laundry and indoor pool usage for guest at Microtel.) The continental breakfast was very good with a variety of choices.

The most horrible and terrifying hotel ever! It was absolutely disgusting! The sheets where dirty, they had make up and hairs, the blanket had blood!!! There was hair all over the place, the room was very tiny and smelly, and the AC made a horrible noise. The door had a hole!!! They definitely shouldn’t offer this hotel on Orbitz . My wife and I couldn´t stay there, it was impossible for a human to sleep there; we preferred to sleep at the car we’ve rented! We had booked the hotel for a whole week! fortunally Orbitz helped us and gave us a refund, so we went to a decent Hotel nearby

Very good. The room is clean and the orbitz rate is economical. It is the best deal I could find in the Pensacola area. Other hotels are in not so good of neighborhoods.

Best hotel for the money in the Pensacola area that I could find. Hotel is comfortable and convenient to I-10.

Work assignment at a local hospital.

A very courteous and accomodating staff. The room was nice and cool as we walked in from a warm and humid outdoor climate. The room was very clean. I highly recommend! It is in a prime location off I-10 with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. [...]

Very good.

The price was the reason for staying at the hotel. However everything else was less than desireable. Shower head broke, moved to three rooms before room was ready, and asked for towels none were given to me. Stay here for the price not the customer service.
