It's literally right down the street from the bridge to get to Pensacola Beach ! Very smooth booking process. Only mistake was getting a smoking room by accident! Even the fresh air from the A/C smelled horrible. The bathroom was probably my only other issue ! The toilet still had water marks as if they only cleaned underneath the seat and The tub was not very appealing.

The room felt damp always, like walking into an old house that needs restoration. The beds sink in when you lay on them, and they squeak. The outside of the building is beautiful and it is located in a gorgeous area, with tons of things to do within walking distance, so luckily you don't have to spend much time in the rooms. The rooms are small, I had to tighten my bathtub faucet so it would stop spraying water everywhere and the toilet in the second room I rented was leaking. All and all you are ultimately paying for the location and for $80 a night in that area, it's not terrible.

Found a wash cloth hanging over shower curtain from the previous occupant. Did not seem like room got a good cleaning. Breakfast was ok with several options

The shower wasn't the best but other than that everything was great

It was literally a 5 min drive to downtown and a 10 min drive to Cordova Mall. The room was clean and nice. I've already booked it for two more nights for the mo th of December!!

We were very lucky that we stayed here only for one night !!! We chose this hotel because of its convenient location. We did not expect that something extraordinary from this hotel, but there are so horrible and did not suspect. The room we were given on the first floor, he was in a terrible state. 1. The dust is not wiped away, perhaps a month. 2. Dirty walls, which then stains, smudges. 3. Bath covered in spots, the ceiling is dirty, the sink was clogged. 4. Rusty spots on the safe, refrigerator, microwave oven. 5. The gray linen. I do not want to touch anything in this room. You can see my photo.

Smelled extremely musty upon arrival, definitely needs an upgrade

The only nice thing about this hotel is its location...

The hotel facilities were nice, with quick service at the front desk, a nice/clean pool, and a daily breakfast. The breakfast room was too packed and the line was long every morning, with a poor set up. The room was mostly quiet and clean, except the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. It was a decent stay for the price and the area but I wouldn't expect the cleanest and nicest room.

Location is great and staff is wonderful. Ordered from the restaurant that is onsite and the food was excellent.

Kind of a tired place. Bed linens didn't fit. Just an average place to stay.

We chose the hotel for the location, Room was dirty from a prior guest, wasn't cleaned properly. Gross! Not worth the price. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was an extra day while in Pensacola and was a nice place to stay at the last min.

The hotel was nice, and the staff was very good. I did have an issue with the television set having a blue line through the picture, reported it and was promised a replacement TV which didn't happen. But this didn't ruin our trip, and being a honeymoon TV watching was not a priority. The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. The location was undergoing some construction but that did not affect the quality of the stay. Everyone in the staff we encountered was courteous, pleasant and helpful.

I booked this hotel last minute when "other" previous plans did not work out. I had a really nice stay here, enjoyed the pool and the location to downtown. Staff, one lady in particular, was very accomodating.

We stayed two nights and everything went well. Walked all over the city with ease

Overall the room I stayed in was fairly average but the location was good and staff very pleasant.

Been staying here off and on since it was HOJO seen it go up and go down it is a lot better now

If you are looking for a two star hotel, this might be just what you need. The room appears clean and smells only of Lysol or some other cleaning product. The bed was firm. I found it comfortable, my husband found it too hard. The air conditioning, water, toilet, sink and shower all worked fine. There was a lot of noise outside, including people in the parking area late at night and trains whistling. The room was small, but generally clean with the exception that walking on the carpet gave us black footprints. (So bring some slippers if that bothers you.) The layout of the parking lot was one of the worst I've ever seen. The staff was friendly and competent. I would like to compliment the lady who was serving the continental breakfast. She appeared to be working alone and there were a lot of people eating. She did a fine job of keeping up with the needs of the breakfasters, and was friendly and polite all the while. All in all, it was about what you would expect from a two star hotel - not filthy or unsafe, but not exactly upscale either.

Called to check on my reservation and Ms Parnella went above and beyond to accommodate our request change. She made sure that I received a non smoking room because by my mistake I had accidently choosen a smoking room. Carpet does need to be shampooed but other than that our girls weekend was fantastic. The woman in charge of the breakfast was great on making sure everything was running smooth. Believe me she had her hands full with the large amount of people that were eating breakfast. Thanks for helping us have a grand time in Downtown Pensacola.
