I got a deal on the handicap room on the third floor next to the elevator. The room smelled like mildew and wetness. The carpet felt dirty. It was clean but just felt unattended to like the room had not been stayed in, checked on, or updated in months. The smoke detector was chirping and I received a quick response to fix it. The maintenance man was pleasant but was not in any sort of uniform, smelled like cigarettes, and used the desk chair to stand on to get the alarm down. It was very unprofessional. I do not plan on staying here again and would not recommend it.

I've stayed at many Baymont Inn's and this one was disappointing.

The bed was comfortable, the towels dirty, the tv worked, no wallplugs for charging, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker.

Never got to stay. Paid for a room I did not get to stay in. Still have not got my refund. Very disappointed!

Yes it's old n could use updating but you should already know this by the price. To me the room was fine bed was clean the price was great n location was very good, close to interstate n plenty of food n shopping. No hookers that I saw as someone stated in previous review.. It was a good place for the price if you want high end place then PAY HIGH PRICES . for me this was just fine /

We needed just a place to sleep. Our initial room had an issue and we were quickly relocated to a more convenient room.

Convenient to I-10 but still very quiet. A good value compared to other motels.

Really I don’t like writing negative reviews but I have to tell the truth, the room we were given smelled like mold, powerfully like mold and mildew. It was cheap and I wasn’t there for the pleasure of it, just to get to the airport the next morning early. I don’t complain and it wasn’t the front desk clerk’s fault, so I didn’t bother asking for a different room. But I found the mold was in the bathroom that was heavy with black moldy crap on the tub and much of the floor, there is no vent fans in these bathrooms so be aware of that fact. The reason I choose to stay here is for the price and proximity to the airport, and because it offered breakfast which would save me time and trouble the next morning. The breakfast did have apples but nothing but sweets other than that. The usual yogurt was all gone by 6:10 AM, they apologized but why should they “accidentally” run short on such a basic item? No excuse, and had I had any idea this would be what was available, I would definitely stayed elsewhere. I suggest any reader of my review do the same. By the way, those workers admiring my wife was a cheap thrill,... thanks for putting us with that section of the hotel.

The lady at reception did not have the right personality for this line of work. I'll just leave it at that.

At first we were skeptical of the hotel based on the outside but were quite pleased with the actual room and stay for the price.

do not stay here! it was so dirty, filty, and smelly.

I only interacted with the staff a couple of times but they were friendly and helpful. And it was comfortable. All I needed was a place to sleep at night since I was at the beach or UWF, so it served it's purpose.

The furnishings were rundown, but the room was clean. The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located off Interstate 10. That coupled with the low price made it a worthwhile stay.

Reasonable price, but older hotel that could use some remodeling, don't expect much, staff was friendly and helpful.

The room I stayed was damp. All beds and Sofa feels awkard when I sit and lay down. Need to make all bed area and sofa crisp and fresh.

I would have been very disappointed if we had paid any more for the room than we did. A/C unit put a lot of moisture in the air making everything feel damp. Towels were small and thin. No light blanket or bedspread on the bed, just a sheet. When we returned to the room on the 2nd night neither room key worked- so that meant a trip to the front desk. Lucky for us that was before the lobby door was locked. On the bright side- we never ran out of hot water; all the light bulbs burned; the fridge was working good; plenty of TP and tissue. Might stay there again, but doubtful.

People were friendley room was not so hot . Just old needs updating. Vending machine poor. Breakfast not so hot.coffie couldnt drink vile!

Property was very run down. Looked like it was in the process of renovation but left a lot to be desired. We rented two rooms with sofa beds. They didn't have enough Bedding for one of the sofa beds much less both. One room was very smokey and they tried to deodorize it but it didn't help much. Breakfast bar was pretty good, well stocked but they need more than one toaster.

We checked in between 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning. Staff were very nice. The directions we had were horrible. I was able to call the hotel and Dusty lead us right in. The front of the hotel does not have a graduating incline going in or coming out (there is a small section with a rail). Since my wife did not realize this, she fell into the parking lot while coming out of the lobby before we even made it to our room. The staff offered to get her some bandages and an antiseptic. The parking was terrible! There were very limited spaces and someone with a wide truck had taken up too much space so we couldn't park by our door. We reported this to the hotel staff and they said they would make him move. He parked like that until a day before we left (so much for making him move). The room itself looked fairly clean but the bathroom had mold growing in the tile cracks around the tub. The location is about 30 mins from the beach. The beaches do not allow dogs, so it's not a good location unless you want to leave your pet kenneled in the room for several hours while you are gone. There is a Huddle House within a short walking distance so getting breakfast was fairly convenient. The hotel does serve what they call a continental breakfast but the choices are very few and they stop serving around 9:00 or 9:30, so if you like to sleep in, you are out of luck. You do have to remember that you are paying a budget price, so you get what you pay for. It is located next door to a shopping mall, so if you want somewhere you can shop, it's very convenient. There is also a WalMart close by if you need to pick up something that you forgot to take.

The hotel was very quite and nice compared to reviews that were written prior to us going we were a little surprise when we got there....I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere inexpensive and nice....
