Nice stay and clean room for what we paid! We will definitely be coming back

Let me say that i did stay for 3 nights because there was nothing else because of the Hang out Festival. There are so many issues that i left it alone. Top 3 were that the room was so damp in side. My clothing felt like i took it out of the mashing machine and put it on without drying it. The mini refrigerator they had showed rust under the painted surfaces. Toilet seat was sticky to the touch. It was so old that the paint was wearing off and the wood was showing through. Sheets had not been changed because the bed had a unmade sloppiness about the bed. That's why i travel with my own sheets. The room was NEVER refreshed the entire time i stayed. Just to be fair, i work at night and would get to the hotel room around 7:30 AM . I would leave by 1:00 PM before the cleaning staff lwft for the day. They never came back, never changed towels or gave new soap etc.. The room was in poor shape to begin with. I have stayed with the chain in the past, but this was the worst one. I will not stay with them again EVER.

For what it is I have no complaints, in the office people are very reasonable

Rooms were extremely dirty. I couldn't convince my kids to take a shower in the bathroom. AC was noisy. One of the rooms was smelling really bad. The pillows were dirty. I wrapped my pillow with a t-shirt in order to sleep. Towels had yellowish stains.

The room was cleaned but had a funny smell, was 30 min away from the beach, they only offer donuts and coffee as the continental breakfast.

Room smelled of cleaner. Room was outdated. Only new item was the TV. Ice machine was not working there was a cup placed on machine where you had to take top off and dip out ice! Wife found a bug in bed the next morning!

The smell of cigar smoke in the rooms is awful, so if you are not a smoker you don't want to stay in this hotel. Internet speed was a joke, and so was the breakfast. For me, it was not worth the money.

The hotel was cheap . Cheap breakfast only tiny donuts.. and the room not really clean

It was horrible, I had never stayed a a hotel this bad before and what I paid for was too much. The room didn't have a fridge or microwave it had roaches the shower was broken we had to use cups to take a shower cause only the bottom worked. Never again am I staying at his hotel. I drove 10 hours to see my son that is a Marine and my 7 month pregnant daughter came with me and they need to wash the bed sheets. It smelled horrible..I was really unhappy..

This was just one night stay to catch early morning flight. Room was HOT and took more than hour to cool down -then was freezing. Pillows were flat slabs, sheets were stained. Electric outlet in bathroom didn't work. Not worth the money.

We arrived late as had been planned. I had requested a king handicapped room. I got two queen size beds in a handicapped room. The room was not very clean. There were no bath towels, just 2 wash cloths and two hand towels. All of them were thin, worn and extremely scratchy. There were roaches, no hand/body soap. No remote for the TV. My husband and I have stayed at America's Best Value Inns before and had no problems. This hotel was awful. And there were other customers there will similar complaints. The owner/manager of this property conveniently disappeared in his BMW before check out time so as to avoid any contact with the complaining customers, or that's how it appeared to me, as well as the other complaining customers. I should have demanded a partial refund and still may do so. With the economy the way it is, I really couldn't say that ANYONE would have paid what we did for this hotel room. LaQuinta would have been a better choice and we would have paid less for a cleaner, more comfortable room, without the unwanted guests.
