The flat is spacious and air-conditioned, with a bright, functional and comfortable layout. With a floor area of 85 m² on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift, it welcomes you into a welcoming space comprising an entrance hall, three WCs (one separate in the entrance hall and the other in the suite, the third in the shower), a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and bar counter) and a living room with a king-size sofa bed offering panoramic sea views from a bay window.
