Good thing - bunk bed room off to side, room was clean, girl that checked us in was nice Bad things - hard to tell if room was clean because there were so many cracks, stains, etc. Hotel was overpriced for how old it felt. Bathroom needed major caulking and toilet would move every time it was sat on. Shower didn't drain. Small parking spaces. Just a yucky experience overall.

Suite had a bunk bed with mattresses that were literally small pieces of foam

We just looked for a place to stop after along day of driving. I booked on Orbitz. The check in was pleasant and convenient. The room was basic, but comfortable - just what we needed. The breakfast was nothing special, but the coffee was good.

We arrived at Americas Best Value Inn Pendleton just ahead of the first storm of the winter. The temperatures were in the low 20s, and we were glad to arrive. The staff was friendly, but the positive experience ended there. On entering, our room was perhaps 10 degrees warmer than outside. We turned on the heater in the main room, but in the smaller room (just large enough for a set of bunk beds) the space heater didn't work at all. We tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer so I walked down to the office, and a few minutes later, the manager brought up his own, personal space heater (again, nice staff.) Unfortunately, only the area around the space heater got warm -- the main heater in the room never did have much effect on the temperature. Then we discovered that there was nothing but tepid water. We let the water run full hot for 30 minutes. Still only tepid water. We didn't spend the night. The hotel said they couldn't refund what we paid, because there was no time to rent the room to someone else. Of course, that begs the question whether they should be renting rooms without heat or hot water in the winter. We were very disappointed.

We came here for my daughters funeral. We had stayed here before when we came in the spring. It is reasonable prices and the rooms aren't too bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size. It has a nice pool.

Very Nice Motel, Comfortable, Quite, And Affordable! My Only Gripe Was Had To Stand Around Waiting For Someone While I Was Checking In And Out!

Came Over For A Movie Marathon @ Wildhorse casino theater. The Bed Was A Bit Hard But Still Comfortable, Room Itself Was Clean, Quite, and a good Value For The Money!

Heading home we needed a place to sleep for the night. I looked this place up and it was under $50. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. My only negatives were that there was no thermostat, so you had to manage the heat/ac on your own and the breakfast could have been better. I won't dwell on those items too much because, like I said the room was under $50, so for that price, what could I expect.

We stayed just for a place to rest our heads on our way home. Rooms were clean, and overall adequate. Given that this place was under $50, I really can't complain. I do wish they would have had a thermostat to regulate the temp in the room, but again it was under $50

The swimming pool was fun.the staff really took time to tell us what was around and recommended a great dinner establishment. The in room fridge was cold and the ice machine worked well. Cookies were in the lobby. Breakfast in the lobby was pretty good given they had a small space for items.

The room furniture and appliances were all new and clean. The tub could have been cleaner only by comparison to the rest of the room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The new manager/owner? seem to be determined to be a good choice. Now the best part, the price was the best in the seven nights spent visiting national parks. VERY good value.

I arrived early but that was not a problem, got my reserved room around 11:00 am. Very nice room, T.V., fridge and microwave. The room was quite and comfortable and very clean. Close to old downtown underground tours and the five mile river walk.

This Motel was old and scary. The rooms were cold, coffee was bad. This place is no bargen you get what you pay for a cheep not so nice stay.

The location of the hotel was great, the room clean and quiet. It wasn't really a place I wanted to hang out, though. Bed was comfy, shower hot...just a very adequate place to stay.

We were very happy with our experience at this motel. The room was spotless, the breakfast was good and they were having a special grand opening rate so we paid only $41 for a king sized bed and two occupants. We'll stay there again on our next trip. Even at the regular rate, its a real bargain.

The gal at the front desk was able to accomodate our request for an upper level room. The room was very clean, although it had a weird smell, which you somehow don't notice after a while. The location is just a 2 block walk to the historic downtown area, where there are a few restaurants - we had a great steak dinner there. The beds were comfortable, the shower had very good water pressure, and the free internet was working fine. Breakfast was very limited, but it was nice to have bananas available. I wish they would have had hard-boiled eggs available.

Everything was really good but charged us $15 extra for our dog. Had I been able to read about this charge in the 'hotel description' or amenities information, I may have been able to do better elsewhere.

I was looking for a safe and clean place at an affordable price. There were cheaper motels in town, but they seemed run down. There were also more expensive places, but it didn't seem necessary to spend the extra money because America's Best Value had what I needed. The bedding was immaculate and very fresh smelling (very important to me). The room was in very good repair. I felt secure during my stay, and the staff was warm and friendly. There were no frills, but I didn't expect any for the price I paid. I will stay at this motel again the next time I visit Pendleton.

The room was very small. We stayed at the Silver Legacy in Reno, which was beautiful and much less expensive. The night receptionist was doing personal business on the phone and we had to wait until he was finished before we were able to check in. The bed was very hard!!!

We appreciate when our guests take the time to share their thoughts with us. We know that all feedback is valuable as it allows us the opportunity to constantly work on improving the level of our service and accommodations. It is upsetting that you were not pleased with the cleanliness of your room and a lack of attention from housekeeping. We will be addressing these issues with the housekeeping staff so that we may ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience, and we hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can offer you a stay that will be more reflective of your and our expectations! Regards, Sona Butta General Manager
