1st of all this hotel is nice to be only 3 star. Only disadvantage. The only public bus 102 doesnt go pass Jalan Mclaster from Komtar station. It also take 45 mins before another bus comes along. Found out the street is one way only going back to Komtar & Jetty w/ 101 bus #. Also most hotel have limited English channel & news. .
No fuss, clean, fast check in and out. Hotel staff attentive to needs. Water tank was under maintenance on the day of check in causing hot water to be murky, yellowish. Problem was 90% resolved within the day itself. not bad, still in its "run-in" period. Hope it will be better soon. Spacious and clean rooms.
