The room seemed clean...except for the floor. The carpet DEFINITELY needed to be vacuumed!!!!
The room was clean but the hotel service was terrible. I had brought some Christmas food to my room which included gummy bears in a cup for my family during our stay at the hotel. Well the front counter receptionist treated us badly. She accused me of having jello shots in a cup and threatened to call the manager and the police department on me. I showed her that it waas gummy bears in a cup and I went to put them in my car so that it will not be any confusion. I believe I was done this way out of racism and stereotyping because I'm African American. I will not stay at this hotel anymore. Neither will I book through Orbitz anymore. I have never been treated like this. My kids didn't enjoy your stay because of this and they were sad because they couldn't eat their gummy bears. It was an awful stay. I'm asking for a refund for this.
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. Its convenient, the staff are courteous and helpful, and my room was as neat as can be.

We apologize for your experience at our property. I will be investigating this matter with my front desk staff. Were there more factors that contributed to the awful stay or was it mainly just the gummy bears? This information will be helpful when I address the staff. Thank you,
