I like lobby and pool area. I don’t like pathway to seashore.i don’t like balcony because it was noisy from next property generator or mechanical room.
Front ocean view was perfect!!! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, perfect size and perfect location right on the beach and the middle of Waikiki strip. Breakfast buffet was perfect too! Would definitely stay here again.
The air conditioning units were very loud and made it difficult to get a good night's rest.
This resort was amazing, definitely would stay here again!
The location is ideal and the style of the interior design and exterior spaces are super cool.
This one of our favorite places to stay. We visited Hawaii four times, and stayed three times here. We will come back when we visit Hawaii again.
Friendly and excellent customer service. Accessible to the mall. Breakfast at Plantation Cafe was amazing.
The location & view of the beach is perfect. Concierge were not friendly or helpful. No room service. No spa.
Clean in general but shows some signs of wear. Location is close to the shops and restaurants, which is nice and convenience. However, there was some noise from the street outside.
