The price is very good and the room is clean and comfortable. The location is good. There are some restaurant nearby. We were on our way to Petrified wood and Grand Canyon National Parks and I would recommend this place as a via point to either Petrified wood or Grand Canyon.

Travelling alone I was wary when a storm prevented me from leaving town and I had to get a room by myself. I opted for this over the motel 6 and as I wished it was clean and fairly comfortable. The shower water pressure was low and took forever to heat up and it's right behind a liquor store but otherwise it was the ordinary ac/wifi/cable/microwave/minifridge variety room. It's close to some restaurants and safeway but there is some freeway noise. I was happy to find a mini freezer also part of the fridge as I'd gotten stranded after a grocery trip. Note that higher is colder on the dial- I learned the hard way.

Room was very clean and spacious. Wi Fi worked well. There's a good restaurant for breakfast next door.

Instead of charging me $144.48 that you stated, I was charged $164.30. They claimed that they had not received any information from for hotel confirmation.

We got two rooms, one had been upgraded, painted somewhat recently and smelled clean. The other room was in need of paint, new carpet and such. The TV's were huge. Upgraded room was acceptable. Cafe right next door was a bonus.

We were assigned a back room, where the window faced a storage area. We did not open the drapes because of this view. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was small and tight, there were no hooks for towels or bathrobes so we had to put them on the toilet seat and reach over for them. We did not ask to change rooms since we were tired and had already unpacked. We felt they were upset with us because we did not contact them directly.

Nice stay...but I had to pay an additional $10.00 because I have a little dog. This was not in the agreement that I saw online. This chain just wanted the people to check in to make sure not a big dog. Believe I should be re-funded because other chanins just charge a re-fundable deposit.

Nothing fancy but great for the price! Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location.

We chose this hotel [...] because it did not have a pet deposit. We were traveling to Colorado for the weekend with our two very small dogs. Upon check-in there was a sign posted $15/dog. If you don't declare a dog then it is a $75 fine. There is nothing [...] regarding this. The refrigerator in the room leaked all over the floor and there was no hairdryer. The owner also told me if I had called the hotel directly to book I would have gotten a better rate...but he didn't offer me that better rate. Needless to say, we will not stay at his hotel again on our way to Colorado.

Polite employees, clean for the price not bad. Our only complaint was the bed was real hard. Overall good. R&P

the location of the hotel put us in walking distance of alot of restaurants. we even watched the fireworks show from the comfort of our room .

The room was clean and nicely laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to most dinning and shopping locations. We enjoyed having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Good coffee- dining place next door with fair prices, all the locals eat there.

if all your looking for is a bed, shower, quiet and located right in the middle of town with walking distance to many restrauants, movie theater then this is the place for you

This is an old motel that has been cleaned up. The bathroom was very small. Reminded me of my friends motor home, sink at your knees while using the toilet. Plumbing and other room repairs were very amaturish. No screen on the bathroom window and no vanity. Everything in the room was clean and functional but small refridgerator was sitting on the floor with microwave stacked on top instead of being kept in a cabinet. This motel needs more work.

Check in went well. Room was clean but small.. bathroom was very very small.. good value for the $ charged though.

When arriving at this hotel you have to pick a phone to talk to some one so they will come to the counter. This makes you feel like you are in a shady neighborhood and this was Payson. the rooms were cleanly and quite but a bit cramped. I will say the day I needed another room key the manager didn't hesitate so that was nice. In all it was a clean place to sleep.

Room is clean and adequate with fridge, microwave and a kitchenette with a table and two chairs. Another bedside table will be useful.
