My room was on the first floor facing the highway and there was traffic noise including large trucks. I woke up around 4am and then it was so noisy couldn’t go back to sleep. Rates were very high because there was an event going on in town and it was way overpriced for the value delivered.
They front desk could not find my reservation and i had to book another room. The management never followed up. I had to change my room in the middle of the night because other guests were making noise and running the halls. No security inside the hotel. Security outside the hotel but area still felt unsafe. Not as described.

Clean and updated, hot tub was closed. Lots of renovating happening.
Disappointed there was no free early mornning coffee. Staff were terrific. Lobby was lovely but the furniture was a bit tired and worn. We'd stay there again in a minute.
